Hello, I'm Kazu who translates words of Yasuyuki Sato into English. Mr. Sato has developed various kinds of methods to enable people to awaken to their true self (their god nature inside). On this blog I write about the true self discovery and about Mr. Sato, as well as experiences of people who actually discovered it from my own view.

There is Truth that your mind creates all your reality. If it is so,  your thought in each moment really matters.

Then, what sort of mindset do you think you should have on a consistent basis?

Mr. Sato taught us three important phrases to keep in mind so as to live a life in line with the law of the universe.


"Everything was good for me."  It is to accept everything that happened in the past.

"Thank you for everything as it is now."  It is to appreciate the now.

"My life is getting better thanks to everything happened to me." It is to attract a bright future.

These phrases are very simple but bring profound results.

No matter what happened to you in the past, it was really necessary to you to learn some important lesson from it. Therefore, you have to accept it once and start all over again.

Mr. Sato also says that if you cherish each moment and feel grateful to it,  you'll surely have a bright future. These phrases are far more powerful that you might expect.

In fact, right after the Great East Japan Earthquake Mr. Sato paid a visit to an evacuation center in Fukushima. He also gave this message to those who had experienced all the misery.

Mr. Sato told them to say, "Everything was good for me." and write many reasons about it. Normally it is impossible for them to do such a thing, but they could actually do it, because it is the Truth. After they actually did it, those people appreciated Mr. Sato.

If you just feel pity for those who lost their lives, it means that you waste their lives as they are just unfortunate. But if you can learn something from the tragedy, make the most use of it, and you feel grateful even to the tragedy, their death will become meaningful.

Just try to say in your mind, "Everything was good for me." "Thank you for everything as it is now", and "My life is getting better thanks to everything happened to me."

「これでよかった」「ただただありがとう」「だからよくなる」

心が全ての現実を引き寄せているとすれば、一瞬一瞬の心がどれほど大切かということは言うまでもありません。

ではどういった心で生きればいいんでしょうか。

宇宙の法則にそった生き方をするための３つの言葉を佐藤先生から学びました。
過去に対してすべて「これでよかった。」
今の瞬間に対し「ただただありがとうございます。」
未来に対し「だからよくなる。」

シンプルなこの３つの言葉です。

過去どんなことがあったとしても、事実としてそれは自分にとって必要な大切なできごとなんです。だから、どんな過去の出来事に対しても、「これで良かった」とすべてをうけいれてそこからスタートするのです。

また、この瞬間に対してはそのままの今に感謝をする。そうすると未来は必ずよくなるしかないと佐藤先生はいっています。

これらのことばは私たちが思う以上に大きな力をもっているのです。

東日本大震災のあと、佐藤先生は福島の避難所を訪問されました。そのときに、この言葉を伝えられたのです。「これでよかった」

あれだけの悲惨な出来事を体験された人たちに「すべてこれでよかった」と言ってよかったことを紙に書いてくださいと言われたのです。

ふつうでは言えないことだと思います。しかし、「これでよかった」、これは宇宙の真理なのです。事実、福島の避難所の人たちは実際によかったことを紙に書き、佐藤先生に感謝されたそうです。

もし、悲惨なできごとで亡くなった人たちを可哀想な人たちだとただ哀れんでいたとしたら、その亡くなった人たちの死を無駄にしたことになります。

しかし、その人たちのおかげで生きている人達が何かを学べてそれを将来に生かせたら、亡くなった人たちが生かされてくるのです。

どんなときも「これで良かった。」「だただたありがとうございます。」「だからよくなる。」ぜひ心の中でいつもつぶやいてみてください！

A Good Wife.

On this blog I write about the true self discovery and about Mr. Sato, as well as experiences of people who actually discovered it from my own view.

I'll write about "a good wife" today.  I used to  contemplate about being a good wife as well as a good  mother.

I also thought about the priority as a good wife. Is it to raise a smart child, to be good with house chores, or to take good care of both parents, or to be active in the society and economically independent?

Now I come to have a totally different view about a good wife after exploring my true self. It is not what we think in our mind or trying hard for something or someone.

What Mr. Sato says about being"a good wife" is that if you want to be a good wife for your husband, all you have to do is just to keep focusing on your true nature or true love inside, and as a result, everything takes care of itself for the better including the relationship with your husband.

I think it is exactly the opposite of what I used to envision.

But when I think about my own situation, I absolutely think it is true. No matter how much I cut corners in housekeeping or leave children to themselves, everything is just getting better and better as long as I'm filled with true love and gratitude.

I think it is the most reasonable way of living beyond any efforts or strength to make your life satisfying. Our mind and heart is invisible, but it is very convenient after all.

We couldn't help thinking in our mind, and we usually set a goal, and strive for it, but the fact is things are much easier and more simple. All we have to do is to LOVE and give it to people around you.

Now I have a different vision about how things should be as well as how a wife should be.

本当の『内助の功』

妻であり母である自分にとって、何を優先順位の一番にすれば良いのかということに思いをめぐらせていた時期がありました。

子どもを頭のいい子に育て、良い学校に入れることなのか、家族のためにいつも家の中をきれいに整えることなのか、夫の親と仲良くすること、また経済的に自立をして自分も社会で活躍することなのか、、。

しかし、本当の自分、真我を追究していると全く違ったものが見えてきます。それは、頭で考えて、何かを誰かのためにやってあげるとか、理想を描いてこうあろうと頑張ることではないのです。

佐藤先生のいう本当の「内助の功」とは、ただただ本当の自分に焦点をあてて生きることで結果として夫が良い方向に向かい、夫婦関係も子どもも一番良い状態になっていくということなのです。

なんだか今まで自分が思い描いていたものと真逆のような気がします。

しかし、事実として結果として私自身の現実もまさにその通りになっています。どんなに家事の手を抜いても、家を空けて子どもを放ったらかすことがあっても、自分の心が愛と感謝で一杯でいると、頑張っていたときとは比べ物にならないくらい夫も子どもも素晴らしくなっているのです。

これはまさに究極の合理的な生き方ですよね。力のいらない世界、頑張らないで一番良い方向に向かう世界があるんですね。心って目に見えないものですが本当に便利なものだと思います。

ついつい頭で何かを考えて頑張らないといけない気がしてしまいますが、もっともシンプルで簡単で楽な生き方があったんだって。ただ愛し合えばいいだけ、愛を表現していけばいい。

自分のなかの「こうあるべき」という価値観がどんどんこわれていく気がします。「妻の役割」が全く違ったものに感じる今日この頃です。。

On this blog I write about the true self discovery and about Mr. Sato, as well as experiences of people who actually discovered it from my own view.

I'll continue to introduce Mr. Sato's view on marriage. He said as follows.
"There are two main cases where people find it difficult to meet a right partner. One is that they can hardly find a right one although they try to do, and the other is that they don't feel like getting married.

If anything, the latter case goes for both Mr. Kawamura and Megumi. Especially, Mr. Kawamura seemed to be hopeless with a woman, even though he was very gentle and sincere.

Mr. Kawamura said that he had chosen not to meet a new woman, because he had been guilt-ridden about her ex-girlfriend, but it might be because he didn't want to let go of his beautiful memories with her.

In many cases, a negative experience builds a sense of mistrust of marriage, but in some cases wonderful past memories also keep people from meeting a new partner. This can be a much stronger "evil-minded gatekeeper".

Megumi who had denied her femininity also had this "evil-minded gatekeeper" in her mind. She could restore her true nature as a woman after meeting her authentic self.

In recent years you may find it easy to have an opportunity to meet new people thanks to the current matchmaking boom, but I don't think it is enough for you just to meet  new people in order to find your soul mate.

The primary purpose of getting married is to Love. All you have to do is to awaken to your true love inside and to be filled with it first, as a result your mind filled with love will naturally attract your soul mate.

By the way, there is a saying “Children are a bond between husband and wife.", but Mr. Sato says "Ancestors are a bond between husband and wife". Because if you feel grateful to ancestors of your spouse, things will work well, even when your relationship with your spouse is somehow strained.

For your information, Mr. and Mrs. Kawamura are now so much grateful to Mr. Sato for their happy marriage that they decided to organize a lecture event of Mr. Sato on Sunday May 17th 2015 in Yokohama that is their hometown. ある男性の感動の物語３

このブログでは、自分の中にある「本当の自分」＝真我に出会うメソッドを開発された佐藤康行先生や真我について、また実際に真我に出会った方々の体験等を私自身の視点から書いています。

昨日に引き続き、結婚に関するお話をご紹介します。

佐藤先生は理想のパートナーとの出会いについてこのように言っています。
「なかなかパートナーに出会えない場合、２つのケースがあります。一つ目は結婚したいのに相手が見つからないケース。もう一つは、結婚したいと思わないケースです。

川村さんとめぐみさんのケースはどちらかといえば後者のパターンでした。特に川村さんの場合は誠実なのに女性と出会ってもうまくいかない。

川村さんは罪の意識から出会いを避けてきたと言いますが、同時に忘れたくない思い出を手放せなかったのかもしれません。

ネガティブな体験がトラウマとなって、異性に不信感を持つことはよくあります。それ以外に過去の素晴らしい出会いは、より一層強い”いじわる門番”になりえるのです。

また、女性であることを否定し続けてきためぐみさんの中にも、強烈な”いじわる門番”が存在していました。しかし、本当の自分にめざめ、生まれつきの女性である”ありのままの自分”に戻ることができたのです。

昨今の婚活ブームで出会いの場には困らなくなりましたが、それだけではなかなかソウルメイトに出会うことはできません。

一人一人が本当の自分に目ざめ、愛と感謝に満たされることが先決です。２人がひとつになる目的は「愛」。その目的を先に実践していれば、理想のパートナーを自然と引き寄せられるものです。」

また、「子はかすがい」という言葉がありますが、佐藤先生は「先祖はかすがい」と言っています。結婚していても心のつながりをなかなか感じられないという夫婦は、パートナーのご先祖さまに意識を向けて、感謝の心をもっていれば現象面は自然と良くなっていくそうです。

ちなみに、今回ご紹介した川村ご夫婦は、佐藤先生に感謝の気持ちをこめて、今年２０１５年５月１７日（日）地元横浜で、佐藤先生の「幸せな結婚の法則」という講演会を主催されます！佐藤先生からソウルメイトの見つけ方、最高の夫婦関係のつくりかたを直接学べます！

I'll continue writing the story about Mr. Kawamura who could completely turn his life around after discording his true self.

Mr. Kawamura led a life of loneliness after sudden loss of his girlfriend. But one day he happened to meet Mr. Sato. Mr Sato gave him an important message that he had never even thought of.

Meanwhile, there was a woman named Megumi who later became a wife of Mr. Kawamura.  She was an independent-minded woman. With no special reason, she hated to be said, "Behave like a woman" or "be more feminine" by her parents since she was small. She was determined to live her life without relying on a man.

She had never thought about getting married, it might be because she knew many people who had difficulties in wedded life. She had rather seen men as a burden.

However, Megumi could also meet her true self (her god nature inside) through Mr. Sato's seminar. She was astonished at her true nature or her true feeling deep within!! Because it was totally different from what she had identified herself with!!

She found that all her negative image of marriage originated from her past memories and that they have nothing to do with her life anymore.

Mr.Kawamura and Megumi met in the same seminar of "The Truth of Man and Woman" offered by Mr. Sato. Both of them were not interested in marriage at first, but they started to find each other attractive. Megumi, a steady woman and Mr. Kawamura, a gentle and kind man finally married!

At this time, Mr. Kawamura's ex-girlfriend turned out a lucky charm from a evil-minded gatekeeper for him!

Mr. Sato said about marriage, "The most vital theme given by the universe for humans is the matter of man and woman. A desire to find a right partner conforms to the natural law of the universe. Although whether or not you get married seems to be based on your own will, in fact it largely affected by something else."

ある男性の感動の物語

昨日に引き続き、本当の自分に出会い１８０度人生を好転させた川村さんのお話をご紹介します！

若くして最愛の彼女を白血病で失った川村さんは寂しい人生を送っていました。そんな中、佐藤先生との出会いにより人生の見え方が全く変わってしまったのです。

ちょうどその頃、佐藤先生を訪れてきためぐみさんという女性がいました。めぐみさんはなぜか幼い頃から「女らしくしなさい」とか「女だから」と言われることに反発心を抱き、自分は男性に頼らない生き方をすると心に決めていたのでした。

また、身近な人たちの結婚後の苦労をたくさん見てきたせいか、結婚に夢をいだけなかったのみならず、男性は人生のお荷物だと思っていたのです。

実は、このめぐみさんという女性は後の川村さんの妻になる人なのですが、めぐみさんも佐藤先生との出会いにより、彼女の中の本当の自分にで出会うことができたのです。

彼女の結婚観がまるで変わってしまいました！

彼女が抱いていた結婚に対するマイナスなイメージは全て過去の記憶からきているものだったということに気付いたのです。もともとある一番深い心、「本当の自分」は全く彼女の思う「自分」と全く違っていました。

その後、川村さんとめぐみさんは佐藤先生の「男女の真理コース」で出会います。結婚なんて全く考えなかった２人ですが、あっという間に引かれ合い結婚を意識するようになったそうです。しっかり者のめぐみさんと心優しい川村さんは晴れてゴールインとなりました。

川村さんの昔の彼女はこの時、まさに佐藤先生が言っていた「いじわる門番」から「幸せのウェルカム門番」に変わったのでした。

佐藤先生は結婚についてこう言っています。「大宇宙が人類に与えたもっとも重要なテーマは男と女。パートナー（ソウルメイト）を求める気持ちは宇宙の法則にかなっていることなのです。しかし、自分たちの意思でありながら、結婚は目に見えない力が大きく影響しています。」

Today, I'll introduce an amazing experience of a man named Rikio Kawamura who lives in Yokohama, Japan.

Mr. Kawamura who used to be a cram school teacher met a wonderful woman when he was 23 years old. They loved each other and decided to be married.

However, one day his girlfriend was found to have leukemia, and she passed away soon after.

Mr. Kawamura was shocked by her tragic death. He is a very kind and gentle person. After her death, he blamed it all on himself, because he thought he could have saved her life if he had been aware of her physical abnormality sooner. He though it was all his fault.

Just before she died, she left a message to him,"Don't forget me."

Mr. Kawamura firmly decided not to forget her for his entire life and to live the rest of his life with her memories. He also believed that he should remain single or shouldn't be happy with someone else.

But one time, Mr. Kawamura who had a solitary look just happened to meet Mr. Sato and talked about his tragic story.

What Mr. Sato said to him at that time completely changed his life! He said, "If you remain single and unhappy, it means that she is serving as a evil-minded gatekeeper who keeps you from happiness. You are making her a sinful person. Does it sound okay to you?"

Mr. Kawamura was appalled to hear that. He realized that he totally got the wrong idea. He became regretful for his wrong way of thinking.

After that, he decided to discover his true nature through Mr. Sato's workshops, and finally found it! He could also understand what his ex-girlfriend really wanted him to do in her soul. Mr. Kawamura says that his ex-girl friend turned out a lucky charm from an evil-minded gatekeeper at that moment.

ある男性の感動の物語

今日は佐藤先生の男女のセミナーを数年前に受講した後に不思議な体験をし、幸せを手にしたある男性のお話をご紹介します！

男性は横浜に住む川村力雄さんという方です。

当時予備校の講師をしていた川村さんは、２３歳の時ある素敵な女性と恋に落ちました。二人は結婚を誓い合い幸せな時を過ごしていました。

そんなあるとき、彼女が白血病にかかっているとわかったのです。しかし、その後あっという間に若くして彼女はこの世を去っていきました。

本当に心の優しい川村さんは、彼女が亡くなった後、自分が彼女の異変に気がついてあげるのがもう少し早かったら彼女は死ななくてすんだのだと、自分自身を責め続けました。

また、彼女は亡くなる少し前に彼にこう言ったそうです。「私のこと忘れないでね」と。

川村さんは一生彼女のことは忘れないと心に誓い、彼女の思い出とともに残りの人生を生きると決心したのでした。

また、自分が誰か他の人と幸せになることは絶対に許されないことだと信じて疑いもしませんでした。

それから２０年の時がたったあるとき、川村さんは佐藤先生と出会います。どこか寂し気な彼をみて佐藤先生が川村さんに話を聞くと、その昔の彼女との出来事を話したそうです。

そのとき佐藤先生が川村さんに言った一言で、彼の人生が１８０度好転することになったのです！

佐藤先生はこう言いました。「あなたが彼女のために結婚もしないで幸せにならないとしたら、あなたは彼女を罪人にしていることになるよ。彼女をあなたの幸せを遠ざける『いじわる門番』にしているのと同じだよ。彼女を悪者にして、それでもいいのかい？」

その言葉を聞いて川村さんは愕然としました！長い間なんて大きな勘違いをしていたんだって。申しわけない気持ちで一杯になったそうです。

その後、佐藤先生のセミナーで彼自身の本当の自分に出会うと、亡くなった彼女が本当は彼の幸せを願っていることがはっきりとわかったのです！

表面的な言葉ではなく、一番深い彼女の心がわかったのです。

It was the second day of the 2-day seminar, The Truth of Man and Woman today!

As we proceeded with an exercise, we gave full attention to the relationship with a partner. In the exercise we could come up with new ideas of what to do in order to make the relationship better while writing all the discontent about a partner, as if we recycle trash into a new tool.

This time I could join with my husband. As we worked on the exercise next to each other, we came to see what we really want from each other deep inside.

It wasn't that I wanted to enjoy traveling with him or to accomplish something together, but I could realize our foremost desire.

This exercise can be used not only for the relationship with a partner, but also for the relationship with anyone such as friends, clients, coworkers..etc.

Mr. Sato talked as follows, "All the people want to be understood. All you have to do is to try to understand others First.

If you now feel that you want someone to understand you, it means that you don't understand the one. If you still find it difficult to understand the person, just ask him / her about what they want. It is simple and easy.

Moreover, when you try to understand someone, it is most important to understand that the person is perfect and wonderful in origin, because it is the true nature of everyone."

As we developed our consciousness deeper and deeper, I found that I was filled with deep deep true love from inside. But I was still in the process of self-exploration.

Then, as we got much deeper, I came across Love itself that was far beyond human's love such as love of husband and wife. I was stunned! I felt that there was an answer for everything.

Mr. Sato also gave an account of "Zero-point Power". It is an immeasurable force that we have within and we can bring it up, when we enter the realm of Oneness. When we perceive that everything is one with the universe, the immense force is generated.

It is precisely the opposite of what we usually do as we strive for something. What we should do is to realize the oneness.

Although I had such tremendous experiences as well as realizations just during the 2 days, I fell sorry that I can't deliver all of them.

Tomorrow, I'll introduce a touching story of a man who took this same seminar several years ago!

「男と女の真理コース」２

このブログでは、自分の中にある「本当の自分」＝真我に出会うメソッドを開発された佐藤康行先生や真我について、また実際に真我に出会った方々の体験等を私自身の視点から書いています。

今日は「男と女の真理コース」２日目でした！

午前中は実際にワークをしながらパートナーと自分との関係に向き合っていきます。相手に対する不満をリサイクルして、具体的に自分が何をすればいいのか自分の中から答えが見えてくるのです。。

今回は、私は主人と参加できたので、ふたりで並んでワークに取り組んでいると、主人が本当に望んでいること、自分が望んでいることがそれぞれ深く見えてきました。

一緒に旅行に行きたいとか何かをしたいといった表面的なものではなく、お互いの深い部分での願いが見えてくるのには驚きです！

このワークは夫婦やパートナーとの関係にだけでなく、さまざまな人間関係においても使えるのもです。本当にスゴい！

佐藤先生はこう話されました。「人は皆んなわかってもらいたいものです。だから、先にに分かってあげる。

自分が分かってほしいと思っているということは、実は自分が相手を分かっていない。また、分からない時は相手にわかるまで聞けばいい。

どうしてほしいのか、どうしたら元気になるのか、何を望んでいるのか。。

そして、このわかるというのも、何を分かるかが大切なんですが、実は相手が完全で完璧である＝素晴らしい、ということを分かるとこが一番大切です。」

午後、更にさらに深い心に入っていくと、魂からの自分の思いが溢れかえりました。でもまだまだ途中。。

さらに深い心になっていくと、また新たな気持ちが出てきます。もうそこには自分としてとか、自分と夫とかといったものを遥かに越えて全てが愛で一つなんだと言うことがはっきりと分かる世界がありました！すべてはここに答えがあると思いました。

そして、その愛だけの境地から出る力をゼロ地点パワーとも表現されました。人智を越えた世界です。そこからの行動が思いもよらない力を出すのです。人間が何かを思い描いて頑張る世界と真逆かもしれません。そのままで大調和の世界です。


この２日間での気付きや体感はあまりにも凄く、全てをお伝えしきれないのが残念です。。

明日はこの男女のセミナーを以前受けて、実際に現実で本当に感動的な経験をされた方のお話を紹介します！

Mr. Sato offered a seminar entitled,"The Truth on Man and Woman" in Yaesu, Tokyo. Today was the first day of the 2-day seminar.

Mr. Sato demonstrates the true nature of human beings from a variety of angles. He not only get it into our head but also allows us to actually experience it. He also guides us until we carry it forward into our everyday life so that we can make a shift in life.

Today's subject is "man and woman" no less!

The #1 priority for single participants must be finding a right person, or a soul mate. And for married people like me it might be to improve the relationship with a spouse.

However, what we experience in his seminar is not just to have some superficial advice from Mr. Sato to improve the relations.

We perceive the importance of relations of man and woman from the view point of the system of the Universe. Mr. Sato  says that it is quite easy to grasp the details of man and woman once we discern the system of the Universe.

I could recognize the immense and vast purpose that the relationship of man and woman has!

There also happened an incredible thing among one family who joined this seminar. I witnessed an unbelievable sight on the first day today! I realized that soul mates have a more profound connection than the parent-child DNA. It was so impressive!!

I can't imagine what is going to happen next. Just wait till tomorrow!

男と女の真理

東京の八重洲で佐藤先生の「男と女の真理コース」セミナーが開催されました。今日はその１日目です！

佐藤先生はあらゆる分野を切り口として人間の本質とは何かを説かれています。それらを頭で理解させるだけではなく、実際に体感させ、実生活で現して現実を変えてしまうところまで導かれています。

そして今回は正に「男と女」というのがテーマです！

独身の人にとってはソウルメイトに出会うことが一番の目的かもしれません。また、私のように既婚者にとっては夫または妻とどれだけ仲のいい夫婦になれるかといったところでしょうか。

しかし、男と女といっても男女の恋愛や夫婦関係を良くするためのアドバイス的なものではありません。

もっと深い生命のもとのもと、宇宙のシステムから捉えた男と女です。佐藤先生は生命のシステムを理解すると男女のことは難しくないといいます。分かりやすい図を使って丁寧に説明されます。

とにかく一日目にして、ある家族に起こった信じられない光景を目の当たりにしました！親子のDNAの繋がりよりも魂レベルのつながりの方が強いということを知った感動の一日でした。

２日目の明日は一体何が起こるのか想像することもできません。。明日を楽しみにしてくださいね！！

Can you change your past?

Today, I'll extract several passages from Mr. Sato's book!

“Do you think you can change your past? "
Some people say that you should make your future wonderful, because you can't change your past.

But the truth is that your future remains the same unless you change your past.　In other words, you can change your past!

Where on earth is your past? Where do you think your future is? Both your past and future reside in your mind of the now.

The fact that a certain thing happened in the past is the same, but if you come to view the same thing in a different way, that means your past becomes the different one.

Your future is actually a continuation of your past.

For instance, you have a notion that you suffered adversity and linger on the past, but you find that it wasn't true, or that it wasn't misfortune at all. How does that sound?

Once your murky past turns out a fortunate one, your bright future will unfold from that point, because it is your mind that creates all your reality."

I'd never thought that my past could become a different one before I met Mr. Sato, and I also had no idea that our past memories have so much impact on our future.

But after having surprising experiences, now I feel even more keenly the importance of the way we grasp the past.

I'll share such experiences of my own sometime soon!

過去は変えられる？

今日は佐藤先生の著書の中の言葉をご紹介します！

『あなたは過去を変えられると思いますか？

よく、過去は変えられないから未来を素晴らしいものにしましょうなんていう人がいますが、過去を変えなければ未来は変わらないんです。

つまり、過去は変えられるのです！

過去は一体どこにあるんでしょうか？未来はどこにあるんでしょうか？実は全部自分自身の今の心の中にあるんです。

過去に対する自分の心が、見方が変われば過去も変わるのです。未来というのは過去の延長線上にあります。

例えば、あなたが不幸な生い立ちで、その過去をずっと引きずっていたとします。しかし、その過去が、実は不幸ではなかったとしたらどうでしょう？

過去は黒い石から白い石に変わります。その現在の思いが未来のあなたを創るのです。』

私自身、過去が変えられるなんて発想は、佐藤先生に出会うまで全くありませんでした。そして、過去が未来にそんなにも影響しているということも考えたことはありませんでした。

しかし、実際に驚くような体験を数多くすると、過去への自分自身の捉え方がどれだけ大切かということを実感しています。

Mr. Sato and Dr. Takemoto offered a lecture hosted by legislators organization and talked about the YS method that can cure depression

Now you may wonder why discovering the deep consciousness actually helps patients cure mental and physical illness.

This may sound like a miracle, but Mr. Sato says that it is quite a natural matter, given the fact that the law of the universe operates in everything.

The law of the universe implies the restoration power, or the power to return to the original position. When you throw a stone upward, it will naturally fall down. Or if you raise a bob of a pendulum and release it, it returns to the original position.

This restoration power, in other words natural healing force, dwells in everything including human's mind and body.

Getting sick is not a natural human state, therefore, our mind and body always try to get back to the original condition. But it is human thought that holds the sickness saying,"I'm sick. Oh, I'm sick"

Mr. Sato says it is as if you grab the bob of the pendulum to keep it from returning to the original position.

All the existence including us humans are in complete harmony with the universe with the same rhythm. The rhythm of our hear-beat, the rhythm of waves on the sea shores and the rhythm of the earth revolving is originally harmonized as one.

When we generate disharmony in our mind, it causes dissonance to the complete rhythm taking the shape of illness.

However, illness is not the original state, therefore when you realize your true nature and release your hold, you can get back to the original condition created by the universe.

Mr. Sato says you have the world's best doctor and medicine deep inside!

元に戻す力

一昨日、衆議院議員会館で行われた国会議員連盟主催の佐藤先生と竹本医師の講演会では、うつ病の治療がテーマでした。

では、精神的な病であれ肉体的な病であれ、自分の中にある深い意識＝本当の自分を引き出していくだけでどうして病気が簡単に治っていくと思いますか？

これはまるで奇跡のように思われるかもしれませんが、佐藤先生は宇宙の法則から見ればごく自然なことだと言っています。

宇宙の法則とは元に戻そうとする力なのです。上に放り投げた石ころが下に落ちたり、振り子の先を手で持ち上げて放すと元の位置に戻りますね。

人間の心も体も本来の健康体に戻ろうとする自然治癒力が備わっています。

病気というのは本来の姿ではありませんから、心も身体も健康な状態に戻ろうとするのですが、つい人間は「私は病気だ、病気だ」といって病気をつかんでいるのだと佐藤先生は言っています。

それはまるで元に戻ろうとする振り子を人間が手でつかんで戻らないようにしているようなものだと。

もともと私たち人間は宇宙の中で同じ一つのリズムで調和しているのです。心臓の動くリズム、海の波のリズム、地球の回転するリズムと。

しかし、人間の作り出した不調和が心に生じるとそのリズムに不協和音をもたらし病気といった形で現れます。

しかし、病気は本来の姿ではないですから、本当の自分に気がついて、その手を放すと人間本来、宇宙が創ったままの自分に戻ることができるのです。

これこそが世界最高の名医であり名薬だと佐藤先生は言っています！

Mr. Sato and Dr. Takemoto who actually offers medical treatments using Mr. Sato's method at YS Mental Health Clinic presented a lecture in the office building of the House of Representatives yesterday. The event was hosted by legislators Organization. It was highly successful attracting more than 300 people! The seats were absolutely packed!

The topic of the lecture was the world's first approach to treatment of depression and its results.

As many as one million people suffer from depression including mood disorder every year, and the annual number of suicide is thirty thousand causing a big social issue in Japan.

Drug and behavioral treatments are utilized as the primary treatment modality now. The treatment approach that YS Mental Health Clinic offers is that the patients realize their deep consciousness that is originally healthy and sound, and as a result patients can enhance their natural healing force by themselves.

Patients who had suffered from depression more than 10 years actually cure within several months with this approach. In some cases it happens within several weeks. The reason why it is possible is that people have both the cause of the disease and the healing force inside. All they have to do is to realize the real nature which is the most powerful healing force.

Mr. Sato always says that people are a perfect existence by nature. But if they and their family believe they are sick and act like that, it will aggravate the symptoms of the disease.

In the YS Mental Health Clinic the doctor as well as all the staff members treat patients as a healthy and sound person, because they only see the patients' true nature inside.

Mr. Sato provided a clear description of it using a metaphor of the moon. People call the moon in many ways depending on how they see it, such as the crescent moon or the half moon.. But the real shape of the moon is always round. Whatever shape of the moon we see, the real shape doesn't change.

This means that the people's cognition and the real nature of people and things are completely different. The same thing can be seen differently according to the situations or conditions, but the true nature is always perfect and complete as it is.

What if you are treated by someone as you are insufficient and need to be filled? It is like trying to make the crescent moon to become the full moon with something else.

In the lecture three people also shared their experiences of curing their disease.

All the stories moved me a lot, but to my surprise, those people looked more cheerful than anyone else in the room. I think no one could believe that they had suffered from depression for a very long time.

They offered a speech in a dignified and relaxing tone in front of more than 300 people including many lawmakers and doctors. They even said that they were lucky to have suffered from depression, because it led them to realize their true nature and could make a radical change in life.

Many lawmakers as well as psychiatrists became interested in the groundbreaking treatment approach. I was convinced that this method will spread throughout the  country in no time!

昨日は永田町にある衆議院議員会館で、国会議員連盟主催の佐藤先生と竹本医師の講演会がありました！３００席の会場は立ち見がでるほどの大盛況でした！

今回のテーマは、佐藤先生の編み出したYSメソッドによる薬を一切使わない「世界初のうつ治療とその実績」です。

今、日本でうつ病に悩む人の数は年間１００万人を超え、自殺者は年間約３万人といわれています。また、労働者のうつ病か年々重大な社会問題となっています。

しかし、今日本で行われているうつ病など精神疾患の治療法は、主に薬物療法と認知行動療法などの精神療法です。そして佐藤先生のメソッドを使ったYSこころのクリニックで行われているのは、精神療法のなかでも自分自身の自然治癒力、元に戻ろうとする力を使って根本的な部分から病気を短期間で治す方法です。

なぜそんなことが可能なのかというと、病気になった原因もそして答えもその人の中に全てがあり、本人がそれらに自ら気付いて自分の力で治していくからです。

佐藤先生はいつも、人間はもともと皆んな完全で完璧な存在だといいます。しかし、周りの人たちや本人が病気だと思って行動していくとそのようになっていく。

クリニックでは、患者さんに対し医師やスタッフが病気を治してあげようという姿勢ではなく、その人は元々完璧なんだと、その完璧の方に語りかけていくので本当に完璧な自分の姿に気付いていくのです。

そのことを月に例えて分かりやすく説明されました。夜空のお月さまは半月とか三日月とかその時の見え方で呼び方も変わりますね。

しかし、本当のお月さまは、私たちの目にどんなふうに見えようとも元々まん丸なのです。三日月に向かって「まん丸」「まん丸」といっていると、明け方になるとまん丸の姿が薄らと見えてきます。

人間の見え方（認識）とそのものの本当の姿（実相）は違うということです。人間の見え方、捉え方はその時々で変わりますね。しかし、そのものやその人の実相は常に完全で完璧なのです。

もしも誰かが、あなたは三日月のように欠けているのでその欠けた部分を足りないから足してあげようとか、なんとか教えて変えてあげようとするとどうでしょう？

それよりも、あなたはもともと完璧で素晴らしいというふうに接してくれる人がいたらどちらがいいですかと佐藤先生が質問されると全員が後者に手を挙げていました。

また、長年うつ病に悩まされ、実際にYSこころのクリニックで完治した３人の方の体験談もありました。

３人の方々は元気一杯でお話はどれも本当に感動的でした！そして共通していたのは、あの大きな会場で国会議員を含む３００名以上の参加者の前で堂々と話している姿からは、少し前までうつ病を煩っていたとはとても思えないということです！

また、うつ病を治しただけでなく、その人たちの人生そのものが好転していったというお話で、逆にうつ病になったおかげだとも話されていたのが印象的でした！

参加されていた国会議員や精神科の先生方、また教育関係の方もとても興味を示して質問をされていました。この画期的な佐藤先生のYSメソッドが一気に日本中に広まるのは間違いないと確信しました！

On my previous blog, I wrote about the strongest person in the real sense of the term. Today, I'll write more about a strong person and a weak person.

When thinking of a strong man, you must come up with the one who has great physical strength or the one who is very rich and influential.

However, the strong person whom Mr. Sato calls is the one who has the most love. The one who is in harmony with people can easily elicit cooperation from them. This way of cognition might be quite different from the one we normally have.

If you work hard to overcome your weakness and get the work done on your own, you are likely to steer yourself away from other people. You will also face limit at some point.

People have a inner instinct that they want to help others. But the strong person is more likely to be self-assertive and to find it difficult to win supports from others.

Mr. Sato says that a weak person is stronger than a strong person in a very real sense, because the weak person can be more harmonized with other people. 

When people acknowledge their weakness, they call in someone who can make up for it without knowing. Once they realize the fact that they are supported by many people, they can be humble as well as grateful.

Your weakness can harness potential in others. If you give a fresh insight into things and people, a lot of new ideas will emerge. You can accomplish a significant amount of work!!

強い人・弱い人

昨日のブログでは、佐藤先生のいう本当の意味での強い人について書きました。今日は、強い人、弱い人についてもう少し書いてみたいと思います。

ふつうは「強い人」というと力が強いとか、権力者、またお金持ちで影響力のある人なんかを誰もが想像しますね。

しかし、これからの時代、本当の意味での強い人というのは、多くの人を愛し、また多くの人から愛される人だと佐藤先生は言っています。

まわりの人と調和して多くの協力を得られる人が強い人だと。これは一見、私たちが普段思う「強い人」のイメージと逆かもしれませんね。

頑張って一人で何もかもやってしまおうとすると、小さなことしかできません。また、自分の弱さを克服しようとして一人で奮闘し、他の人の助けを借りようとしないと苦しくなってしまいます。ひとりでできることには必ず限界があります。

人にはもともと人に協力したいという本能があるのですが、強い人は「自分が」が出てしまい、なかなか協力してもらいにくい傾向にあります。

実は、弱い人の方がまわりと調和しやすく、強い人なのです。なぜなら、弱いところを認めると、その弱さを補ってくれる人を求めることになるから、自分にないものを人が持っているということに気がついて、謙虚になり感謝することができるからだと佐藤先生はいいます。

つまり、自分の弱さは他の人の強みを生かすことができるのです。このような捉え方で
物事を進めていくと、発想も変わってくるし、自分一人では成し遂げられなかったこともできそうですね！！

Who is the strongest?

Who do you think is the strongest?
It might have been an invincible mighty warrior in the age of wars. Is it someone who is more than extremely wealthy and has extensive authority in modern times?

Mr. Sato says that the strongest person in the age to come is the one who has the most love.

For example, if there is a barbell that weighs 100kg, do you think you can lift it? Someone who has huge muscle power might be able to do it. Then, what if it weighs 500kg?

Mr. Sato often teaches people about the secret to lift a 500kg barbell, because he can easily do it!

He says, "If you are loved by all the people around you and respected by them, when you ask them to  help him lift the barbell, they will cooperate with you.

All you have to do is to say," Ready? One, two, three!" It will be quite easy for you to life a 500kg barbell with many people.

If you try to do it alone, you will surely have definite limits no matter how much you improve  muscle strength. You can achieve many goals if you win cooperation from many people.

Mr. Sato says the strongest person is not the one who brings down someone to defeat but the one who is love by all the people.

If you are surrounded by all the enemies, they might get in the way of things that you are doing. You may not be able to life even a 10kg barbell as they might get on it.

On the other hand, anything can be possible for you if you have many supporters who are charmed by you.

無敵の人

最も強い人、無敵の人とはどんな人だと思いますか？
例えば戦国時代だと戦いに長けたひと、力の強い人だったかもしれませんね。現代では大金持ちで権力のある人でしょうか？

佐藤先生はこれからの時代で最も強い人、無敵の人とは愛の大きい人だといいます。

例えば目の前に１００kgのバーベルがあるとしたら、あなたは持ち上げることはできますか？強靭な体の持ち主なら持ち上げることができるかもしれませんね。では、５００kgのバーベルだとどうでしょう？

佐藤先生は５００kgのバーベルも簡単に持ち上げることができるというのです！そして、そのバーベルの持ち上げ方を伝授されています。

その持ち上げ方というのは、たくさんの協力者を得るということです。

もしも周りにいる人がみんなあなたのことが大好きで、あなたへの感謝の気持ちで一杯だったとしたら、「ちょっと手伝ってください。」と声をかけるだけで、みんな協力してくれるでしょう。

あなたが「いち、にの、さん」と号令をかけると、大勢の人が一斉にバーベルを持ち上げてくれるでしょう。そうすると簡単に５００kgでも持ち上げることができますよね。

一人の力だと、どんなに筋肉を鍛えても限界があります。しかし、たくさんの協力者を得られたらどんなことも可能になってきます。

無敵とは周りの人を押しのけて一番強くなった人ではなく、皆から愛されて敵のいない人のことだと佐藤先生は言っています。

周りが敵だらけで、逆に邪魔をしてやろうと思う人ばかりがいたら、たった１０kgのバーベルでさえ、上から誰かが乗っかかってきたり邪魔をされて持ち上がらないかもしれません。

周りの人皆が協力者だとしたら、どんな大きなことも成し遂げられますね。

The Treasure Warehouse In The Universe.

Mr.Sato often uses a term, "the treasure warehouse in the universe". He also calls it "the warehouse of gold".

It actually means infinite abundance in you, that is your true nature inside.

Mr. Sato says that if you have the notion that you are incompetent or empty of power, you might as well think that you live your life with small change.

If you believe that such small change is all you have to your name, the notion will fill you with dread.

However, incidentally you remember that there is a warehouse in the backyard. You fully opened the door of the warehouse, and found it had treasure trove!! What would you do?

You will start to see everything in a different light!

On top of that, more it is used or shared with others, the more it is multiplied.

The treasure warehouse expresses your true self in a metaphor, but just realizing the fact that you have such treasure makes your life different.

Each one of us possesses this treasure warehouse inside!

There are other keys to remember.

When you are faced with adverse circumstances, if you accept the fact as everything happens to you is necessary and good for you, and make a new start from there, you will also increase your treasure.

You don't need to forcibly make yourself believe that whatever happens to you is good, but think about what you could actually learn from it, or changes that you noticed from it. Just focus on the facts.

Assuming that the treasure warehouse is in the universe in the air. When you find more and more good things caused by what happened to you, you are like making the cloud of miracle rain in the sky thicker and thicker.

As a result, your such attitude will actually bring about more happiness to you as if rains of miracles fall from the sky.

Even if you sometimes find muddy rains, they are also necessary for you to clean your soul, and still they are good for you.

Another important thing is once you experience such miracles, you shouldn't take the credit for them.


Instead, you have to let other people including your parents, ancestors, and people around you take the credit for them. You should keep an attitude of gratitude toward them.

This means the same thing as your being grateful to the Universe. It will also bring you happiness forever and ever.

Don't you want to savor your life as just described? This makes me feel excited! How does it all sound to you?

黄金の蔵

このブログでは、自分の中にある「本当の自分」＝真我に出会うメソッドを開発された佐藤康行先生や真我について、また実際に真我に出会った方々の体験等を私自身の視点から書いています。

「天の蔵」という言葉を佐藤先生からよく耳にします。「天の蔵」または「黄金の蔵」という言い方をされることもあります。

天の蔵、黄金の蔵とは、自分の中にある無限の豊かさ＝真我のことです。

もしも、自分はダメな人間だと思って生きているとすれば、それは自分には小銭しかないと思って生きているようなものだと佐藤先生はいっています。

自分は小銭しか持っていないと思ったら、明日が不安や心配で一杯になり、取り越し苦労や持ち越し苦労で夜も眠れないかもしれませんね。

しかし、家の裏に倉庫があったことを思い出し、その倉庫をガラッと開けてみると、そこにはご先祖さまや両親が残してくれた黄金の山がびっしり詰まっていた。としたら、どうでしょう？？

一瞬で気持ちは変わりますね！！

その黄金はすべてあなたのもので、更に使えば使うほど増えるのです！

それは正に真我のことなのですが、その黄金が全部自分のものだったと知っただけでも生き方が変わりますね。

本当は私たち一人一人の中にこの黄金の蔵があるのです！

また、一見マイナス的なことが起こったとして、その出来事そのものを「これで良かった」と全肯定して、そこからスタートする。

その出来事そのものをプラス思考で良い出来事だと思おうとするのではなく、事実としてそこから学べたこと、それによって得たもの、そのお陰でこうなったなど、ほんとうに良かった事を書いていくのです。　すると蔵の黄金がさらに増えていきます。

この蔵が、天にあると想像してください。「これで良かった」と良かった理由をたくさん書いていくと、天から雨が降るように良いことがどんどん降り注いできます。

良いことだけでなく、泥水のようなのが混ざって降ってきたとしても、泥水も魂をきれいにしてくれている実は良いことなのです。

また、こうして降ってきた黄金のような素晴らしいことを自分の手柄にせず、周りの人たちや両親、ご先祖さまのおかげだと感謝すると、それは黄金を天に返しているのと同じことになります。

すると、更に永遠に、無限に黄金が降っくるのです。

こんな人生を味わってみたくないですか！？想像しただけでもわくわくします！いかがでしょうか？

Mr. Sato says that words have far greater power than we might imagine. Once you  bring out the words, it is no one but you whom the power of the words have the most impact on. Because it is you who listen to the words more than anyone else does.

If you encourage some one with such words as "Good luck!", or "You can do it!", those words will become all yours. Mr. Sato says words also have power to influence the action you take.

To be sure, many of the top athletes as well as brilliant business men seldom use a negative tone.

Mr. Sato says all the words that you use actually affect your subconscious mind. Even when you put in a negative word just as a joke, it will affect you as your subconscious cannot discern  whether or not it was a joke.

By the way, since I was born and brought up in Osaka where there is its own unique culture. Comedy is a part of everyday life, and people really like amusing stuff and clowning around. All my family members really like joking around including dark humor.

When I first heard about the power of words, I was shocked, because I thought I wouldn't joke around anymore!!

But after discovering my true self, I found that the words that I use have been transformed accordingly.

Mr. Sato says that words actually have so much power that they affect not only our consciousness but also our action and eventually our future lives.

Try to give good words, especially when you feel down, as you turn a steering wheel to your better future!

言葉の力

昨日は本当の自分を呼び起こす言葉をご紹介しました。
佐藤先生は言葉には想像以上に力があると言います。また、言葉の効力はそれを言った人に最初に及ぶと。なぜなら、あなたの発した言葉を一番聞いているのは他でもないあなただからです。

「大丈夫だから頑張って。」とか「成功しますように。」などと誰かを励ますと、自分の中に「成功する」「大丈夫」という言葉が蓄積されていく。言葉にはまさに行動をかえる力もあるそうです。

確かに、一流のスポーツ選手や仕事ができる人はネガティブな言葉を使ったりしませんね。

佐藤先生は、潜在意識は冗談が通じないから、冗談でもネガティブなことを言ったり、また謙遜のつもりで「私なんてダメな人間です。」なんて言っていると本当にそうなってしまうと言っています。

私は大阪生まれの大阪育ちです。子どもの頃より吉本新喜劇を観て育ち、両親、祖父母、親戚も顔を合わせると何かしらの冗談をいうのが日常でした！

笑いのためならマイナス的なことを平気で言う習慣が身に付いていましたので、言葉についての話を佐藤先生に聞いたときにはかなりショックでした。冗談が言えない！と。

しかし、私の場合は、本当の自分に出会ってから、自然と自分の中から出てくる言葉も冗談も変わってきた感じがします。

言葉は自分の意識を変え、実際の行動まで変えてしまうくらい強い力を持っていると佐藤先生は言います。

ぜひ、人生のハンドルだと思って落ち込んだ時ほど「いい言葉」を発していきたいですね！

Today, I'll introduce the words that caused a miracle in India as I mentioned on my previous blog. This is a part of "Affirmations To Attract Success and Happiness". Read it aloud on a daily bases, or read it when you feel no zest, before meeting people, or on your break..etc Read it whenever you like!

Words that Evoke Your True Self

On this blog I write about the true self discovery and about Mr. Sato, as well as experiences of people who actually discovered it from my own view.

Today, I'll introduce an interesting experience of one Japanese woman who worked under Mother Teresa in India. It was about more than 20 years ago.

There were many volunteers from all over the world who lived in the same facility to help the impoverished people. There was an Italian woman who was prejudiced against Japanese and she disliked Japanese staff members.

The Japanese woman obtained a booklet entitled "the Affirmation To Attract Success and Happiness" written by Mr. Sato and she made a point of reading it aloud every morning with other Japanese staff as she liked it very much.

One morning, she just missed reading it, then the Italian woman asked her "Why you didn't read the usual thing?" The Japanese woman replied,"I thought you didn't like Japanese." Then the Italian said,"No, I don't like Japanese, but I feel a strong positive vibe from what you read every morning."

A short while later, the pandemic of the plague bacillus took place in the facility. So many people were infected and lost their lives, but none of the Japanese women who had been reading the booklet got infected.

When the Japanese woman came back to Japan, she visited Mr. Sato and said,"I'm very sure that the Affirmation kept us from infection of the plague. I'm truly grateful to you."

The Affirmation To Attract Success And Happiness is full of words that evokes your true nature deep inside. Those words suddenly came to Mr. Sato's mind out of thin air while he was walking in a night street, and he stopped under a lamppost and hastily took a note.

As those words imply universal significance, people can sense it beyond the barriers of language.

By the way, I held a small workshop of discovering the true self in English in Tokyo. This time people from the US, India, and France joined, and we all had a wonderful time. In the workshop, we also read this affirmation aloud together, then I felt the atmosphere of the room was cleared out. All the participants gave energetic smiles.

I was again convinced that all the people have one thing in common deep within regardless of what they have in their mind or what they experienced in the past.

本当の自分を呼び覚ます言葉

今日はある女性の体験談をご紹介します！
今から２０年以上前のことです。この日本人女性はインドのマザーテレサの元で貧しい人達のための施設で働いていました。

そこには各国から支援する人達が集まっていて、そのなかに日本人嫌いのイタリア人女性がいたそうです。その女性はあからさまに日本人をいつも避けていました。

実は、その日本人女性はたまたま佐藤先生の「成功と幸福を呼ぶ言葉」という小さな冊子を手に入れ、気に入って他の日本人の仲間と一緒に毎朝よんでいたそうです。

ある朝、たまたま読まずにいると、そのイタリア人女性は「どうして今日はいつものを読まなかったの？」と聞いたのです。

日本人の女性は「あなたは日本人が嫌いなんでしょ？」と聞くと、イタリア人女性は「日本人は嫌いだけど、あのいつもあなたたちが読んでいるもの（成功と幸福を呼ぶ言葉）だけは何かいい波動を感じる。」というのだそうです。

それからしばらくして、その施設内でペスト菌が大流行してしまったのです。施設にいた人はほとんどが感染したにもかかわらず、不思議なことに「成功と幸福を呼ぶ言葉を」読んでいた人達だけがペスト菌に侵されなかったそうです。

この日本人の女性は日本に帰り、佐藤先生に「もしもあれを読んでいなかったら、おそらく私たちも罹っていたに違いありません。ほんとうにありがとうございました。」とお礼を言われたそうです。

この「成功と幸福を呼ぶ言葉」というのは、あるとき佐藤先生が夜道を歩いていると、急に次々と自分の中から言葉が出てきて、それをあわててメモに書いたものです。

これは全ての人がもともと持っている心（真我）を言葉であらわされたものなので、たとえ言語がわからなくでもきっとどこか深い部分に通じるものなのだと思います。

話は変わりますが、昨夜は新宿の四谷で英語での３時間の真我のワークショップを行いました。今回はアメリカ人、インド人、フランス人の参加でしたが、途中、この「成功と幸福を呼ぶ言葉」の英語版をみんなで唱和しました。

読んだ後、全員の表情は一気に明るくなり雰囲気がガラッと変わっているのには驚きました。頭の考えや、過去の経験体験はみんな違っても、一番深い心はやはり共通なんだと改めて感じました。。

明日はこの「成功と幸福を呼ぶ言葉」をご紹介します！！

On this blog I write about the true self discovery and about Mr. Sato, as well as experiences of people who actually discovered it from my own view.

Today, I'll also write about the disparity between the quest for spirituality and the true self discovery.

In the books on spiritual subjects that I have read in the past, I found many common words such as "oneness""God's love""human's ascension"etc..And I thought all the spiritual quest including the true self discovery is a good thing to harmonize all the people on the earth.

I was thinking that they all take different paths to head forward the same goal, though the method of the true self discovery by Yasuyuki Sato was a shortcut and most effective.

However, I realized that I had the wrong idea. What Mr. Sato has been doing was quite opposite!!
What he has been doing is NOT like helping people to attain their ultimate goal, to become harmonized, to let them develop or to change themselves.

What he has being saying is that you don't need to try to change yourselves, or  try to get harmonized, but that you have to realize that you are already god and already perfectly harmonized no matter what  situations you may face. And you have to be reborn from there.

If I use the analogy of climbing, learning spirituality is like learning the beautiful view of the mountain top and seeing a picture of it in a book, and then go mountain-climbing.

But the true self discovery is to actually experience the beautiful view of the mountain top with your own eyes and live the rest of your life with that perspective.

The reason why it is possible is that our consciousness is both at the bottom of the mountain and the top of the mountain at the same time.

The god love or the most wonderful mind exists in you. No matter how much you look for it outside,  you can never find it. No matter how many books on spirituality you read, the god's love that you learned is nothing but love as knowledge in your head.

Even if you have learned that everything happens to us is God's love, when you face a terrible event, you can never feel the same way.

But when you discover your true self inside, you will actually feel grateful for the event itself. Then the action you take will be eventually different resulting in a different outcome.

The problem resolves itself in an unexpected way..

Some people are very much interested in former lives and search for the cause of occurring from their past. It is true that the law of cause and effect operates in everything, but even if you try to find the cause or the culprit in the past, the cause also has another cause of it. It continues forever.

Mr. Sato calls it "the horizontal realm" made of human memories. If you keep looking for the cause in the past, you will remain asleep or never wake up from your dream.

Mr. Sato also maintains that the realm of human memories is an illusion that actually never exists. All you have to do is to awake to the truth. While he calls awakening to God "the vertical realm".

I also used to try to solve problems by looking for the cause or try to sense the message or meaning of the problem in the horizontal realm.

But the more we try to solve it with human imperfect consciousness, the bigger the problem will become. Because it is our mind that actually create our reality. The more we focus on it, the bigger it will become.

Once we see the problem from the God's perspective, the problem will disappear in a second, as we see the answer of it. I myself have experienced such a shift many times.

I'm not saying what is right or wrong, but the most difference between the quest for spirituality and the true self discovery is like learning a delicious dish in a book and actually eating the dish.

Realizing the fact that we are already god with complete consciouness and searching for God's love with human consciousness is totally different!!

スピリチュアルの世界と真我の違い　Ⅱ

このブログでは、自分の中にある「本当の自分」＝真我に出会うメソッドを開発された佐藤康行先生や真我について、また実際に真我に出会った方の体験等を私自身の視点から書いています。

昨日に引き続き、スピリチュアルと真我の違いを私なりの見解で書いてみようと思います。

今まで読んでいたスピリチュアルの本にも「全ては一つ、全ては神の愛」とか「アセンション」などと言うことが書いてあり、調和に向かって人類のために良いことをしていると思っていました。

やり方や手段がそれぞれ違うだけで、同じ目的で同じゴールに向かって進んでいるというふうに感じていました。ただ、真我開発講座は即現実に効果が現れる一番の近道だ、くらいに。

しかし、大きな勘違いでした。佐藤先生がずっとされていること、伝えられてきたことは真逆でした！人類を調和に向かわせるとか、アセンションさせる、神に向かわせるということではなかったのです。

本当は人間はもともと神、全ては神で完璧であるということ、そして元々大調和しているという事実を一人一人実際に体験させ、それをゴールではなくスタートにして、その心で人生を生きることの大切さを伝えられていたのです。

つまり、登山でいうなら、スピリチュアルを学ぶことは山の頂上の景色を本で学んで想像しながら頂上を目指して登るという感じで、真我にで出会うということは、もともと私たちは頂上にもいるので、頂上を自分の目で実際に見て、感動した心で現実を生きるといったことだと思います。

自分の中にある答えをいくら外に探し求めても、見つからないのです。つまり、どんなに本を読んでスピリチュアルや愛を学んでも本物ではなく、知識としての愛に過ぎないということ。

全ては神の愛だといくら学んでも、現実で受け入れがたい嫌な出来事があると、とてもそうは思えないですよね。しかし、真我から見たら、現実のその嫌な出来事がありがたくて仕方がない出来事だと本当に感じられるのです。

そうなると、現実が急激に変化してきます。不思議なくらいに。

また、原因と結果の法則から、前世を見ることで今現実に起こっていることの意味がわかるといったものもありますよね。しかし、それに気付いたところで、その前世の出来事にもその前の何か原因があるわけで、永遠につづいていくのです。

その原因と結果の世界のことを横の世界、つまり人間の記憶の世界と佐藤先生は呼んでいますが、その原因を追い求めれば追い求めるほど、夢の世界に入り込み夢から起きれないといったことになります。

佐藤先生は、実は人間の記憶の世界はすべて夢幻のようなもの、もともとないものだから、ただ夢から目を覚ますように実相の世界に目覚めるだけでいいといいます。

この実相の世界、神の世界のことを縦の世界と呼んでいます。

私も以前は何か問題が起こると、これはどういうメッセージだろうかとか原因は何だろうかと一生懸命その原因を探り横の世界で問題を解こうとしていました。

ただ、人間の意識で問題を解こうとしても、問題に意識が向いた分それが更に大きくなるだけですが、自分の中にある神の意識でその出来事の実相を見たときに、一瞬で問題でなくなる、つまり一瞬で消えてしまうのです。そういうことを私も何度も経験しました。

何が良いとか悪いと言っているのではありませんが、スピリチュアルを学ぶことは、ある美味しい料理について本で学んでいるようなもので、真我を体感することは実際にその料理を食べることのように思います。

神である完璧な自分から出発するのか、不完全な自分を神に近づけようとするのか、全く逆のことだったのだと気付きました！！

Today, I'll write about what I recently realized while I explore the True Self.

I had read many books on spiritual subjects as one of my hobbies before I met my true self. Spiritual things were very popular back then. In such circumstances, I stumbled upon the True self Discovery Seminar by Yasuyuki Sato, and decided to take the course with a little suspicion.

However, when I truly met my True Self (the God nature inside), I burst into tears, because my true god love and appreciation actually welled up from deep inside.

At that moment, I was so much amazed, because all the people around me including my parents and my family members looked completely different. The reason is simple. We normally see things or people from a perspective of human's mind that is filled with all the past memories in clouding DNA. In other words we always see things and people through our own lens or biases.

We strongly believe that what we see in our everyday life is the truth of everything, but once we see the same matters or people from different view that is free of any biases, we will recognize totally different reality.

You can do this instantly in a 2-day seminar of the True Self Discovery. Isn't is a momentous invention in human history? I think there hasn't been such a thing around the world.

I found that it is a groundbreaking method to completely change our lives without reading or learning spirituality in our mind, because we already have such wonderful god nature inside. All we have to do is not to gain more information, but to bring out that mind or heart.

I have many friends who are interested in spiritual subjects or who believe in some religion, but I have felt frustrated, because I couldn't tell them a clear difference between the True Self discovery and such spiritual quest or religion.

To be honest, I myself may not have discerned the difference, because those people who are searching for spirituality or God use same terms such as "we are all one,""Manifestation of God","the law of cause and effect","ascension of human's consciousness". Those seemed to be right to me, but recently I started to see the stark difference between them.

Let me illustrate it so as to make myself clear again.

スピリチュアルの世界と真我の違い

このブログでは、自分の中にある「本当の自分」＝真我に出会うメソッドを開発された佐藤康行先生や真我について、また実際に真我に出会った方の体験等を私自身の視点から書いています。

今日は、私が真我の追求をしている中で、いわゆるスピリチュアルと真我開発の違いについて気付いたことを書こうと思います。

真我＝本当の自分にで出会う前、私は当時のブームもあっていろいろなスピリチュアルの本を読みあさっていました。そんな中、たまたま読んだ雑誌で「真我」のことを知り、本当かなと疑いながらも佐藤先生の真我開発講座の受講を決めました。


実際に、自分の中の本当の自分に初めて出会ったとき、思わず号泣しました！自分の中に元々あった感謝の心、愛の心が深いところから湧き出てきたからです。

その時、両親や周りの人たちが全く違って見えたのには本当に驚きました。つまり、どういうことが起こったかというと、今までは佐藤先生のいう、過去からのDNAやさまざま記憶できた心で出来事や周りの人たちのことを捉えていたのです。

つまり、過去のフィルターを通して自分が見た物感じたものがその物その人の真実だと思い込んでいたのです。

しかし、真我（神の完璧な視点）で、フィルターの一切ない心で同じものを見たときに、全く違って見えたということです。

この佐藤先生の編み出された手法、真我開発講座はやはり世紀の大発明ですよね！こんな講座は世界中どこにもないのではないのでしょうか。

でも、私はこのスゴさをなかなか上手く伝えられず、本当に悔しい思いをたくさんしてきました。しかし、今思うと私自身も真我に出会う前にたくさん読んでいたスピリチュアルの本に書いてあることと、正直なところ真我の違いを良く分かっていなかったように思います。。

スピリチュアルの世界でも、「全ては１つ」、「全ては神の愛」、「原因と結果の法則」、また「人類のアセンション」ということばもよく耳にします。

言葉だけ聞くと何だか道が違うだけで、結局は同じ１つのゴールに向かっているように感じていました。ただ、真我開発講座は効果があまりにも早く現実に即結果が現れたりするので、同じゴールに向かう一番の近道くらいに思っていたような気がします。

しかし、どんどん追求するにつれて、私は何も分かっていなかったということに次々と気がついてきたのです。違う道というよりも、真逆のことをしていると。

”Miracle Rain Seminar” In Okinawa

On this blog I write about the true self discovery and about Mr. Sato, as well as experiences of people who actually discovered it from my own view.

Mr. Sato's seminar was held in Naha city in Okinawa today. The title was "Miracle Rain".

I've joined this same seminar several times, but it was too great for words today.　People experienced the torrential Miracle Rain. Miracles happened one after another under my very eyes.

I just wondered if there has been such an incredible day anywhere anytime on the earth or in history.

Mr.Sato made a start with simple description of "the law of cause and effect" and "the law of god's mirror" that is the law of the truth of the universe.

He clearly illustrated the differences between them by using a metaphor of "a life on a railroad" that is so called karma or DNA based life. And the other one is "a life traveling freely across the prairie".

After participants saw the picture of it, Mr. Sato let them awaken to their true self, their deep true love inside one by one!

At first those who experienced for the first time had an absent look on their faces, but once they sit in front of Mr. Sato, they broke into outbursts of tears moved by their tremendously wonderful self inside.

After experiencing deep love and appreciation within ourselves, we got into a realm of bliss, perfect peaceful sensation of pleasure. All the participants made a big circle before we knew it without any instruction and expressed our feelings.

Many local people started to perform their folk dances of Okinawa in the center of the circles out of joy!! The room was full of excitement! They all seemed very happy. I realized what the true happiness was.

Mr. Sato finally mentioned,
" If you search for happiness, it means that you acknowledge the fact that you are not happy now. Your mind can decide anything, because it is all yours. All you have to do is to flip to a happy channel and feel happy Now no matter what condition you may face. Then your mind will attract happiness. It doesn't take time to become a winner of life."

All the participants seemed like different persons after having torrential Miracle Rain!!

「黄金の雨」セミナーin沖縄

このブログでは、自分の中にある「本当の自分」＝真我に出会うメソッドを開発された佐藤康行先生の言葉や真我について、また実際に自分の中にある真我に出会った方の体験等を私自身の視点から書いています。

今日は佐藤先生の「黄金の雨」セミナーが沖縄の那覇市内で開催されました！　このセミナーも何度か参加したことがありますが、今日も言葉にならないくらいのスゴさで、黄金の雨がどしゃ降りでした！！目の前で本当に信じられないような奇跡がどんどん起こっていくのです！

自分の中の変化、そしてまわりの人達の変化を見ていると、こんなスゴい１日が地球上、また歴史上あっただろうかと思わざるをえませんでした。。

前半は初めて参加の人にも分かりやすうように、じっくりと「原因と結果の法則」、「マジックミラーの法則」つまり宇宙の真理について説明されます。

佐藤先生はその二つの違いを、人生のレールで表現され、両親やご先祖様から引き継いだDNAによって人は同じようなパターンをくり返すということ、しかし、本当の自分に目覚めるとそのレールが消え、まるで大草原を自由に走るかのように自由自在の人生を生きれるという話をされました。

その違いが明確になると、実際に一人一人の真我＝本当の自分を引き出していかれます！

地元の参加者も、始めはきょとんとした表情をされていましたが、佐藤先生の目の前に座ると、自然と自分の中にある本当の自分に次々と目覚めていき、自分自身の素晴らしさに感動して号泣していました！！

深い感謝と愛の心を体感すると、今度は歓喜の世界へと突入します！誰に言われるともなく全員が一つの輪になって喜びを表現していました！更には、地元の人達は喜びのあまり輪の真ん中で沖縄の民族舞踊を踊りだし、歓喜の笑いと涙で会場内は熱気に包まれます。

どの人の顔も心の底からの喜びの笑顔で一杯です。。幸せってこう言う事ことなんだと感動しました。

幸せについて佐藤先生は、
「私たちは皆幸せに向かおうとするが、幸せに向かおうとすると、今から幸せになるまでの時間は自分が幸せでないといっているようなもの。幸せのチャンネルに今電波を合わせるだけでいい、状況は全く関係ない。心は１００％あなたのもの。今幸せの心になれば幸せが後からついてくる、人生の勝利者になるには時間はいらない。」と。

１日が終わり黄金の雨が降った後の参加者の表情は全員がまるで別人のようでした！！

A lecture event of Yasuyuki Sato was held in Naha-city in Okinawa today!　The venue was filled to overflowing with a stronger-than-expected turnout of local people! It took place in its particular culture and environment with people in Okinawa who are simple and warmhearted.

Those participants who joined the event with high hopes in mind threw a serious look toward Mr. Sato. Mrs.T who organized this event wept tears of joy seeing a large audience.

Mrs. T is a housewife who totally changed not only her life but that of all her family through discovery of the True Self by Mr. Sato. She is strongly convinced the power of true love or the true self.

Mr. Sato started talking with easy and simple explanation of the mechanic of Mind. Several people in Okinawa who have also discovered their true self shared their real experiences. One man in his 30s introduced his differences between before and after meeting his true nature inside.

He confessed that he used to abuse his children and had a bad relationship with his wife. He knew that it wasn't good at all, but nothing worked out no matter what he tried. However after experienced his true self through the seminar of Mr. Sato, he started find love for his wife in him and the relationship started to change. He spoke calmly through tears. Many people also moved to tears.

Another woman also shared her experiences. She was filled with hate for her grandmother who had dealt roughly with her mother. But after finding her true self, her hate turned out love! She said it was just incredible!!

Those local people didn't have a fluent tongue, but their real moving experiences spoke louder than words. They really moved all the audience. I also couldn't help but crying.

In the latter half, there was a Q and A session, but local people who had rather introverted nature didn't seem to ask in front of many people at first.

However, as Mr. Sato kept talking with full of energy and love, the atmosphere of the room became more and more sensational and livened up. Participants started to ask questions one after another as if they were totally inspired by Mr. Sato.

Many of their questions were quite heavy, but Mr. Sato is always consistent and only talk to the people's true self, not the human nature that is full of thoughts and emotions as well as past memories. To my surprise, since he never looses focus on the true self, people who had serious troubles automatically change their views and become hopeful and cheerful.

I have joined the lecture event of Mr. Sato many times, but the part of Q and A session is a sight to see. It is just touching and electrifying!!

Tomorrow, Mr. Sato will offer a seminar in this same venue, and it's sure to be an exciting one. I'm really looking forward to it!!

沖縄での講演会 Ⅱ

このブログでは、自分の中にある「本当の自分」＝真我に出会うメソッドを開発された佐藤康行先生の言葉や真我について、また実際に自分の中にある真我に出会った方の体験等を私自身の視点から書いています。

今日、「沖縄・佐藤康行を囲む会」が那覇市内で開催されました！予想通り会場は超満席で、地元の人達で大にぎわい！独特の魅力的な雰囲気をもつ沖縄の風土と、素朴で温かい沖縄の人達に囲まれての佐藤先生の講演です。

さまざまな思いを抱えて参加された地元の人々の表情は真剣で、大勢の参加者を前に主催者のTさんは喜びのあまり始まる前から涙を浮かべておられました。

Tさんは、何年か前に真我に出会って家族中が変化され、本当の自分で生きるスゴさと大切さ誰よりも確信している方です。

講演が始まると、佐藤先生は初めての人にも分かりやすいように心のしくみや、自分の中にある真我＝本当の自分とは何かを説明されます。

その後は真我に出会った受講生の体験談発表です。３０代後半の地元沖縄の男性が、真我に目覚める前は自分の子どもに暴力をふるっていたこと、それが自分の中の本当の愛に目覚め、奥さんへの気持ちが変わると同時に夫婦関係が劇的に改善していったことなどを涙ながらに話されると、会場内のあちらこちらかあらすすり泣く声が聞こえました。。

また、ある沖縄の女性の方は憎んで恨んでいた祖母への感情があり得ないほど変わり、いまでは愛しか感じられないという体験談を話されました。

沖縄の地元の人達の話し方は、どの方も独特の沖縄の訛りで、とても雄弁といった感じではありませんが、どの体験談もびっくりするほど魂に響くのです。私も思わず涙が止まらなくなりました。。声も大きいわけではないのに、とても力強く人の心を動かす話ばかりです。

後半は佐藤先生の質疑応答です。素朴でどちらかというと内向的な沖縄の方々から初めは質問もなかなか出ませんでした。

しかし、どんどん会場のエネルギーが高まるなか、参加者が次々と変化され、「人前で話すつもりはなかったけれど、話します、、。」と何人ものかたが、引き出されるかのようにそれぞれ抱えてきた悩みを打ちあけられました。

ふつうの人には本当に大変で気の毒な境遇に聞こえるかも知れない話に対し、佐藤先生は同情する事なく、一貫してその人の素晴らしさ、完璧、つまり本当の自分しか見ていないので、参加者がどんな質問をしても決して何かを教え諭すことはなく、ただただその方の真我にだけ語りかけていかれます。

すると質問していた参加者の表情がどんどん明るくなり、希望に満ちあふれていくのです！！

このやりとりは何度みても圧巻です。熱気に包まれあっという間に５時間の講演は幕を閉じました。本当に感動的な一日でした。

明日は、今日と同じ会場で１日の佐藤先生のセミナーが開催されます。この勢いで明日はどんな事になるのかとても楽しみです！！

Can The True Self Discovery Drive Business Success? Ⅳ

Hello, I'm Kazu who translates Mr. Sato's words into English. On this blog I write about "The True Self (God nature inside)" and about Mr. Yasuyuki Sato who developed all the methods as well as people's experiences through discovering their true self from my own view.

On my recent blogs I've been writing about "Money" and "the True Self". Mr. Sato also offers various business seminars including corporate training programs and seminars for corporate managers besides the Santa Sales Courses that Mr. N experienced.

Mr. Sato offers a seminar called "Soul Succession Seminar" that is not only for corporate managers but also for all the people, because all of us have succeeded soul from ancestors and parents, and we will pass it down to our successors.

Designing and implementing a corporate succession plan is vitally important but difficult. And almost all those plans are missing something that is the most important. It is to maintain the heart and soul of the previous proprietors or the predecessors or the founder.

I am not a corporate manager myself, but I've once joined this seminar. It was stunning beyond description.

In the seminar, we first find both "positive" and "negative" heritage. And the next step is to brighten up the positive ones further more like shining up a diamond. Then also turn the negative ones into positive. It is like to cut and polish a diamond in the rough.

In this process, participants' true deep nature of love is brought up.

While doing this exercise, I experienced that paradoxical emotion inside of me instantly disappeared and instead I found consistency in me. It was very much surprising. At the same time I could sense a large strong line in me that was an eternal life which embraces everything.

I also realized the fact that I had been swayed by superficial things such as others' words, and that I hadn't understood other people,either.

Then, I was fully motivated and realized what I really wanted to do in my life, in other words the purpose of my life.

I'm convinced that if corporate managers really sense the heart and soul of their predecessors, continuity as well as prosperity of the company will be promised.

Mr. Sato says that everything including people, money, information, and things is carried by people. And everything is attracted by people's mind. When you uncover Your Best Self or the most wonderful mind, that mind will eventually attract a good opportunity, good people, and of course Money.

「お金」と「本当の自分」の関係　Ⅳ

このブログでは、自分の中にある「本当の自分」＝真我に出会うメソッドを開発された佐藤康行先生や真我について、また実際に真我に出会った方々の体験等を私自身の視点から書いています。

「お金」と「本当の自分」の関係について書いてきましたが、ビジネス分野では、Nさんが体験した営業マン向けのサンタ営業セミナー以外にも、佐藤先生はさまざまな企業研修や経営者向けのセミナーもされています。

経営者向けのセミナーには「魂の継承セミナー」というのもがあります。実はこの魂の継承というのは、経営者だけに当てはまるものではありません。私たちは皆、先祖から両親から魂を受け継いでいて、その魂のバトンを次の世代に受け継いでいるのです。

また、実際の経営者にとっては次の後継者への継承というのはとても大きな課題だといいます。そして、ほとんどの場合、一番大切な先代の思い、つまり魂の継承がなされていないのが現実だそうです。

実は私自身も過去、この「魂の継承セミナー」に参加しましたが、本当に想像をはるかにこえる体験をしました。

先代から受け継いだプラスの遺産とマイナスの遺産。このダイアモンドのようなプラスの遺産を更にピカピカにして後継者に受け継いでいく、

また、ダイアの原石のような一見負の遺産のようなものをピカピカのダイアに磨き上げて次の後継者に渡していくといったことをやっていくのですが、正に、魂の自分、本当の自分が引き出されてきます。

私はこの魂の継承のワークをしたときに、今まで矛盾に感じていた事が一瞬で消え、一本の太い命の繋がりをはっきりと感じました。

自分が今まで表面的な言葉にどれだけ振り回されていたかということが分かりました。また、いかに人の思いを何も分かっていなかったかということも理解できました。

そして、本当に自分が生きている間にやりたい事、生きる意味、人生の目標が明確になり、魂の底からのヤル気のようなものが湧きあがってきたのを覚えています。

私は経営者ではありませんが、どんな思いで先代が頑張ってくれていたのか、ということを経営者がわかり、また自分は何をこれからやっていかなければいけないのかが感じられると、確かに会社そのものが無敵になると思いました。

お金や情報もすべて人が運んできます。会社経営も全てが人の心でなりたっているのです。全てのものを「心」が引き寄せているとしたら、最高の「本当の自分」がその引き寄せる元となった時、当然のようにお金も後からついてくると佐藤先生は言っています。
