自分の中にある最高に素晴らしい自分＝「本当の自分」に一瞬で出会えるとしたら、会ってみたくないですか？

それが可能なんです！

ここでいう「本当の自分」とは、人間のいわゆる本音と立前の本音の感情ではありません。

人間心ではなく、自然や動植物、宇宙にあるすべてのものとひとつの生命、愛そのものの大調和した自分のことです。

ですから、もちろん例外なくだれの心の奥にも眠っています。万国共通です。

私は佐藤康行先生のYSメソッドで、その本当の自分＝真我に出会い、それまで眠っていた素晴らしい自分自身に出会いました！

それと同時に起こるさまざまな現実での不思議な変化を体験し、人間のもつ可能性に驚かずにはいられませんでした。

そのことを多くの人に知ってほしくて、今では「本当の自分」をみつけるワークショップを英語と日本語で開催しています。

そして国境をこえて人間のもつ素晴らしさにたくさんの感動をいただいています。

美代さんの体験は本当に感動でした！

私自信、彼女の変化でますます真我の確信が深まりました！

今日は美代さんが佐藤先生に報告をした時に、佐藤先生が彼女にいわれた言葉をご紹介します。

（佐藤先生）

『美代さん、本当に素晴らしいですね！よかったですね。

お姑さんとの表面的な関係を変えようとしたのではなく、生命の根源に気が付いたのですね。

つまり、お姑さんは大切なご主人やお子さんの生命の源です。

美代さんは状況を良くする、つまり問題を解決するために原因や結果（現れている現象）に手をつけたのではなく、

また、鏡の法則のように自分の言動を変えて映る相手の姿を変えたのではないですね。

私がいう「マジックミラーの法則」という解決法は全く違うということが分かったでしょ？

ふつうは何か問題がおこると目の前のことに手をつけようとします。

しかし、美代さんが今回体験したように、その生命の根源に気が付く、本当の自分にだけ焦点を当てた行動をしていったときに、

まさしく放っておいても問題が自動的に解決していくのです。

美代さんの心が愛に目覚めて完全に入れ替わったから、鏡に映る姿、つまり義母さんが完全に変わった。

原因と結果が同時に変わってしまったのです。

根っこが変わると幹が変わる。

見えるところに手を付けるのではなく、見えないところに手を付けていくと見えるものが変わっていくのです。

川でいうなら、上流がきれいになると下流の水もきれいになりますね。

ただ、ここからがスタートだと思ってくださいよ。

つねに心のハンドルは自分で切って、感謝の心をあらわしていくことが大切ですよ。

そうすると更に勢いが増していきますから。


いろいろな問題が残っているということはとても良いことなのです。

それだけ自分自身や真我の理解が深まるでしょ。』

美代さんは佐藤先生への感謝の想いで胸が一杯になったそうです。

さて、数ヶ月前からリアルタイムで美代さんの変化をお伝えさせていただきました。

当時は私も書かせて頂きながら、先が見えないというか、どんな展開になるのか、ほんとうに解決ができるのか正直わかりませんでした。

ふつうの体験談だと、結末がわかっているので安心なのですが、今回はどうなるのか何年かかるのかもわからないまま書かせていただきました。

なので、こんな急な展開で嬉しいご報告がいただけるなんて本当にありがたいです。

Have you ever thought about ”who you really are”?  You might sometimes wonder what you actually want to do in life, even though you strive hard for your better life.

Your True Self, your Best Self knows all the answers.

"The true self" here doesn't mean your true feeling or real intention that is often compared with stated reasons, but the authentic self that is united as one with life of everything in the whole universe including  all the natural elements.

Therefore, of course it is common for all humanity. It is the most wonderful self that lies deep down within you.

Ever since I discovered my true self through a YS approach developed by Yasuyuki Sato, I have experienced so many changes in life, and now I myself offer the true self discovery seminars. 

As I present workshops both in Japanese and English, I have witnessed many people from different countries who had wonderful experiences by meeting their true self.

Miyo's experience was really impressive!

I could realize the power of the True Self, the authentic love within through her real experience.

Today I'll share what Mr. Sato said to Miyo, when she told him what she witnessed firsthand.

Mr.Sato Said, 

"It's just wonderful! You've done a great job! It was good that you didn't pay attention to the bad relationship to improve it, but only focused on your True Love or awakened to the source of life.

Your husband's mother is the source of life for your hasband as well as your children. It is not someone's idea but the truth of the universe.

If you try to improve the relationship, it means that you focus on the problem. It is actually your mind that creates all your reality, so the more you think about it, the more you have to face the problem.

If you follow the law of mirrors or the law of attraction, you can't solve the root cause of the problem, even though the situation looks a little better.

Now you must have understood the meaning of the Law of the Magic (God's) Mirror.

Normally when people face a trouble, they work hard to solve it.

But all you have to do is not to tackle it, but focus on your True Love, your True Self inside. Then Life takes care of itself and the problem disappears.

Miyo, you made a complete shift in your mind, and your changed mind is mirrored in front of you as your new reality.

That's the reason why your mother-in-law changed that much.

The cause and the effect transformed at the same time.

When tree roots become healthy, the tree will be healthy.

You always have to place the first priority on things invisible, not visible things. If you work on the spiritual matter that is invisible,  physical matters will change accordingly.

In other words, if you clear water in the upper course of a river, downstream water will be clean.

But, Miyo, this is not the end, but it is the new beginning of your life, so you always have to steer your life and express your gratitude to people around you.

As a result, it will help you gain momentum in your everyday life.

Even if you face another problem in case that you still have some root of the problem, I don't think it is bad, because it will give you another opportunity to deepen your understanding the power of your True Self."

Miyo filled her heart and soul with gratitude for Mr. Sato.

Well, I've shared the experience of Miyo on a real-time bases for a few months.

To be honest, I didn't know what would happen to Miyo and how her life would unfold when I started to write.

When I write others' experiences, I know the end of it, so it is not difficult. But this time I didn't even know whether she could actually solve it or not or how long it would take.

Therefore I'm so much delighted to know her development the other day. I'll also share if she has further changes in the future.
