自分の中にある最高に素晴らしい自分＝「本当の自分」に一瞬で出会えるとしたら、会ってみたくないですか？

それが可能なんです！

ここでいう「本当の自分」とは、人間のいわゆる本音と立前の本音の感情ではありません。

人間心ではなく、自然や動植物、宇宙にあるすべてのものとひとつの生命、愛そのものの大調和した自分のことです。

ですから、もちろん例外なくだれの心の奥にも眠っています。万国共通です。

私は佐藤康行先生のYSメソッドで、その本当の自分＝真我に出会い、それまで眠っていた素晴らしい自分自身に出会いました！

それと同時に起こるさまざまな現実での不思議な変化を体験し、人間のもつ可能性に驚かずにはいられませんでした。

そのことを多くの人に知ってほしくて、今では「本当の自分」をみつけるワークショップを英語と日本語で開催しています。

そして国境をこえて人間のもつ素晴らしさにたくさんの感動をいただいています。

宇宙と命のシステム

昨日は「宇宙と命のシステム」の２日目でした！！

今回は理論編ということで、こんな壮大な内容を理解することへの挑戦です。

『我（自分）の中にはたくさんの我がいる。』

『本を読んだり頭で学んだ表面的な我。』

『深層心理の深い我。』

『自分でもわからない我。』

『そして真我。』真我以外は夢の世界・・・

観自在＝ものごとの捉え方は自由自在。どの意識を使いこなすか。

神自在、真我自在＝もっとも神に近いものの見方ができる。

講義はつづきました。話を聞いていると頭の理解をこしてどんどん深い心が揺さぶられていく感覚がしました。

自分の中にある真我＝ゴッドミラクルボックス

このなかに入るとあらゆる問題が氷解していく。中に入れるだけで、あとは全自動に消えていく。ただ入れるだけで、謎を解こうとしなくていい。ただ飛び込めばいいだけ。

説明のあと実習にはいりました。

ワークを始めるとどんどん真我が開かれていきます。

これは私自身が体験したことです。

はじめは突然お遍路さんの格好をした亡くなった祖父が脳裏に浮かびました。

おじいちゃんが嬉しそうな顔をしている！と思ったら、お祖母ちゃんもニコニコしていました。

するといろんなご先祖様が全員うれしそうな顔をして笑っていました。

そこには主人のご先祖様やだれかわからない人もたくさんいました。

自分自身が人類創世からの無数のご先祖様のDNAでできていて、しかし、今まではそのなかの自分を選り好みしていたということに気付きました。

この自分は好きだけれど、この自分は嫌だと。

しかし、全部すばらしい、どのDNAもどの自分もそのままで完璧なんだと思えたのです。

すべてのご先祖様に感謝している自分がいました。

すると地球が真っ白に光ってピッカピカに輝いているのです！！！！

つぎにペアーワークに入ると、目の前の人を通して深い愛を感じました。

自分がどれだけ愛されているかをはっきりと感じることができ、目の前の人との一体感を感じました。

これは紛れもなく自分の中から出てきた思いです。

テレビのチャンネルを合わせるかのように心が真我のチャンネルに合うと、

普段は決して見えないものが見え、

聞こえないものが聞こえてくるんだということが、

まさに観自在とはこのことなんだと頭を遥かにこえた世界で

理解することができました。

Have you ever thought about ”who you really are”?  You might sometimes wonder what you actually want to do in life, even though you strive hard for your better life.

Your True Self, your Best Self knows all the answers.

"The true self" here doesn't mean your true feeling or real intention that is often compared with stated reasons, but the authentic self that is united as one with life of everything in the whole universe including  all the natural elements.

Therefore, of course it is common for all humanity. It is the most wonderful self that lies deep down within you.

Ever since I discovered my true self through a YS approach developed by Yasuyuki Sato, I have experienced so many changes in life, and now I myself offer the true self discovery seminars. 

As I present workshops both in Japanese and English, I have witnessed many people from different countries who had wonderful experiences by meeting their true self.

The System Of The Universe And Life.

I have joined the seminar of "The System of the Universe and Life" given by Yasuyuki Sato on this past weekends.

This seminar was to understand something which is sort of vague and vast rather in mind.

However, it was a great task to understand the true meaning of the system.

Mr. Sato started to talk, "There are so many kinds of "Selves" in you. 

There is the self that you usually think you are in your mind. It is the most superficial one.

There is also the self that exists much more deep in your consciousness.

You have many different kinds of Selves, such as the one who you even don't know...

But there is your True Self in you. Any kinds of Selves other than True Self are your false selves or illusion that are not authentic.

There are also many kinds of perspectives depending on whichever Selves you live with.

If you realize your True Self, you will have the perspective given by the highest level of consciousness which is the closest to God consciousness (your inner God).

As I listened to his lecture, I felt that it shook my heart and soul.

He also gave us an illustration of the True Self from different angle.

He called the True Self a God's Miracle Box, because all you have to do is not to think about it to understand it, but to jump into the dimension.

Any kinds of problems will disappear when you just get into the realm of the God consciousness.

After that we actually discovered the True Self through an exercise.

Now I'll explain what I actually experienced through it.

First, I could see my grandfather who had already passed away in my mind wearing a Japanese pilgrim costume with a stick.

When I recognized his smile, I also found my grandmother behind him. She was also smiling!

Then I found so many ancestors including my husbands' and those who I didn't know, but they were all laughing or smiling.

I suddenly realized I was made of all inherited traits of DNA of all those ancestors.

But I actually accepted what I liked and blamed what I didn't like. In other words I liked some of my ancestors.

However I could recognize that I owe to all of them, and I was sure that I had been full of their Love.

I also found myself being grateful to all of them from the beginning.

Then I saw the Earth shinning in white light!!

As we proceeded with the next exercise with a partner, I could feel deep deep love and Oneness through my partner.

And I knew how much I was loved by all the people.


These things are what I really experienced.

Once we turn in to the True Self as if we change the TV channels, we can see and hear what we normally can never do.

I could finally understand that it was what Mr. Sato called the perspective of God consciousness.

What I understood through the seminar was completely beyond my mind.
