自分の中にある最高に素晴らしい自分＝「本当の自分」に一瞬で出会えるとしたら、会ってみたくないですか？
それが可能なんです！

ここでいう「本当の自分」とは、人間のいわゆる本音と立前の本音の感情ではありません。
人間心ではなく、自然や動植物、宇宙にあるすべてのものとひとつの生命、愛そのものの大調和した自分のことです。

ですから、もちろん例外なくだれの心の奥にも眠っています。万国共通です。
私は佐藤康行先生のYSメソッドで、その本当の自分＝真我に出会い、それまで眠っていた素晴らしい自分自身に出会いました！
それと同時に起こるさまざまな現実での不思議な変化を体験し、人間のもつ可能性に驚かずにはいられませんでした。

ロサンゼルスの焼山さん
今日はロサンゼルスに住むあるとってもパワフルな日本人女性を紹介したいと思います！焼山元恵さんです。
こてこての関西弁がトレードマークの彼女はご先祖の代からある宗教を信仰する一家にうまれました。
生まれたときから両親はじめ家族全員がその宗教を信仰してきたわけですから、何の疑いもなくその宗教を信仰し布教活動をしてきたようです。
明るい彼女の趣味はお笑い。
もともと海外が大好きで、お笑いがだいすきな彼女の夢は、宗教の布教のほかに、大道芸人のように世界中の人を笑いで幸せにすることだったそうです！
そんな彼女に人生の転機が訪れました。いまから何年か前にロス郊外で暮らしていた頃の事です。
苦しい！何かがちがう！！
素晴らしい「教え」をどんなに人につたえても、自分自身の心はどうにもならない。
つぎつぎと自分の中から叫び声が聞こえます。
さらに教えとちがう自分の心を責め、周りの人も責めながら宗教そのものに対するさまざまな疑問をいだくようになったのです。
街の中にはいろんな宗教があり、どのひとも愛を説きながら、「私の宗教」「あなたの宗教」のようになっている。
なんで同じ事をやっているのならバラバラなんだろう、世界中で宗教戦争がおこるんだろうー。本当に宗教で世の中を救えるのだろうか。
それまで彼女を支えてきた使命感が音を立てて崩れはじめました。
明るい彼女はやる気を失い、うつ病に悩みはじめます。
そんななか、インターネットで「本当の自分」という文字を目にしました。
どうしてもその「本当の自分」にあいたくて、わざわざ日本に帰国しＹＳメソッドにであいます。
まずは人間の心のしくみが理解できたそうです。
いままでは頭で素晴らしい教えや理想を学んでいたこと。
しかし、その奥にそれとは違う過去の経験体験の記憶からできた心や感情があったこと。
そして、その一番奥に本当の自分、愛そのものの自分があったこと。
そしてついに自分のなかの「本当の自分」に出会いました。
自分の中にあったーー！！！
これだーーー！！
愛を学ばなくても、感謝を学ばなくても自分のなかに本物の愛と感謝があったーー！！
もともとすべてが一つであったということが体感できた瞬間です。
「こう生きるべき」「こうあるべき」「こうしなければいけない」という素晴らしい教えでなく、自分のなかにもともと溢れんばかりの愛が眠っていたことに気付いたのです。
いまではロスで佐藤先生のＹＳメソッドをつかい、ロスに住む日本人ビジネスマンから主婦、さまざまな宗教を信じる人たちにも、その人の中にある「本当の自分」を引き出すことを仕事として元気に活躍しています。
わたしが去年ロスで英語でのセミナーを開催できたのもすべて彼女のおかげです。

Your True Self, your Best Self knows all the answers.
"The true self" here doesn't mean your true feeling or real intention that is often compared with stated reasons, but the authentic self that is united as one with life of everything in the whole universe including all the natural elements.
Therefore, of course it is common for all humanity. It is the most wonderful self that lies deep down within you.
As I present workshops both in Japanese and English, I have witnessed many people from different countries who had wonderful experiences by meeting their true self.
Motoe Yakiyama Living in LA.
Today I'd like introduce an energetic woman who lives in LA.
Her name is Motoe Yakiyama. She is from a religious family that firmly believe an certain religion from generation to generation in Japan.
Ever since she was born, all her family members have faith in the religion, so she had believed in it without doubt for quite a long time.
She conducted missionary work in the suburbs of LA . At the same time she had a aspiration of one day her offering comedy performances to make all the people happy, as she is a very cheerful person and her favorite is to watch comedy shows.
However, one day her life reached a turning point. She started to feel something is wrong.
She thought, "This is not my mission. This is not what I wanted to do!", because she became aware of contradiction in what she had been doing.
No matter how hard she tried to spread the good teachings of her religion, she couldn't control even her own mind and emotions.
Then she started to blame herself as well as others for not doing right things despite what she believed in her mind.
She heard her heart crying out .
There are various religions in the world, and all those people teach what Love is. But she had a large doubt about religion itself, because they all look separated one another by saying "MY religion","YOUR religion" .
Why there are so many conflicts in history caused by religious reasons...
Can religion really save the world and make it peaceful?
She gradually lost her pillar of strength, and started to get depressed.
Against this background, she found a word, "True Self" that means the authentic love on the Internet.
She was desperate to meet her authentic love and to know who she really was.
She decided to come all the way to Tokyo to discover her True Self.
At first she understood the mechanism of mind and she knew that she had been learning the religious good teaching in her mind.
Then she also knew that there were human emotions or repetitive thought patterns that resulted from past memories of experiences.
However she also recognized that there are the True Self or the authentic love deep deep down inside in everyone and everything.
She finally discovered her true love!
"Now I've got it! This is it! I already have it inside. I don't need to be filled with anything any more from outside. I'm just complete as I am!"
She actually experienced that everything is one from the beginning and realized the fact that no matter what we believe in our mind we are one and we all have overflowing love inside.
Now she offers workshops based on the YS approach developed by Yasuyuki Sato in LA so that many people can actually experience their deep true love, their True Self and solve their problems by themselves.
Those people vary from business persons, house wives, to religious people. Because all the people have the same true love that is not something to learn in mind but to find inside.
Last year I could hold the same seminar to discover the True Self in English in LA thanks to her.
I hope there will be more and more such energetic women to make this world more bright!
