Have you ever thought about ”who you really are”? You might sometimes wonder what you actually want to do in life, even though you strive hard for your better life.
Your True Self, your Best Self knows all the answers.
"The true self" here doesn't mean your true feeling or real intention that is often compared with stated reasons, but the authentic self that is united as one with life of everything in the whole universe including all the natural elements.
Therefore, of course it is common for all humanity. It is the most wonderful self that lies deep down within you.
Ever since I discovered my true self through a YS approach developed by Yasuyuki Sato, I have experienced so many changes in life, and now I myself offer the true self discovery seminars.

いつも読んでいただいてありがとうございます！
真我に出会う少し前のことですが、スピリチュアルにハマったことがありました。
有名な霊能者の霊視をインターネットで申し込み、１ヶ月待ちで見てもらったことがあります。
電話で相談内容を伝えると、霊視をしてその結果を丁寧な手紙で送ってくれるのです。
手紙には「あなたの守護霊様からのメッセージ」と書いてありました。
読んでびっくりです！！
まるで私のことをどこからか見ていたかのように、性格から悩みから過去のことまで図星ではありませんか！
すっかり信じきってしまいました・・・
その手紙には、当時の子育ての悩みに対する回答のみならず、私が今世生まれてきた目的まではっきりと書かれていました。
それには、「あなたは人からどう思われるかを気にして自分らしさを出せていません。今世それを越えていくために生まれてきました・・・」と書かれていました。
すごく納得し、人からどう思われるかを気にしないようにしようと意識し始めたのです。
しかし、人目を気にしないようにすればするほど気になっている自分がいました。
つまり、嫌な性格や問題を直そうとすればするほど、それが大きくなっていくのです。
実は佐藤先生がされていること、真我の追求はその真逆です。
空に分厚い雲がかかっていても、その奥には必ず煌煌と照りつづける太陽があり、その太陽だけを認めたときに雲が消えていくのです。
つまり、直したい性格でも問題でも何かを固定して認め、それを何とかしようとフォーカスすればどんどん大きくなる。
ずっとそこから抜け出せません。
しかし、自分の中にある真我＝最高の自分だけを認めていくとその性格や問題が自然と消えていきます。
今、当時のことを振り返るととても恐ろしい感じがします。
もしそれを固定化して人生の目的だと信じ、自分の性格をどうにかしようと奮闘していたら、今でもずっと苦しんでいたかもしれないからです。
自分の中の太陽、真我＝最高の自分だけを認めていくことで無限の世界、自由自在の人生がくり広げられていくと佐藤先生は言っています。

As I present workshops both in Japanese and English, I have witnessed many people from different countries who had wonderful experiences by meeting their true self.
When I read the letter, I was really surprised!! Because it precisely portrayed my personality as well as my past experiences as if someone had been watching over me. I definitely believed the guardian spirit of mine.
It said, "You always mind what others think of you and pay too much attention to others' eyes. You have to live by your own value and be yourself. That is the purpose of your life."
Now I know what was wrong about it. When you have a problem or want to change your personality, if you focus upon the problem or the personality, you will make it worse. Because it is your mind that creates your reality.
All you have to do is not to focus on the problem but on your true nature inside that is always complete and perfect. It is what Mr. Sato is always saying. It is just like the sun that is overclouded. The sun is always shining no matter what. If you only recognize the sun, the thick cloud will soon disappear without doing anything. Otherwise you will never break free from it.
Now I look back and think that it is kind of dangerous if I still believed what the message from my guardian spirit said and try to alter my nature.
The truth is that we all have the God nature inside that is always shining and perfect like the sun, and when we recognize it, things will change in a best way.
