Who is the strongest?

Hello, I'm Kazu who translates words of  Mr. Yasuyuki Sato into English. Mr. Sato has developed various kinds of methods to enable people to awaken to their true self (their god nature inside). On this blog I write about the true self discovery and about Mr. Sato, as well as experiences of people who actually discovered it from my own view.

Who do you think is the strongest?
It might have been an invincible mighty warrior in the age of wars. Is it someone who is more than extremely wealthy and has extensive authority in modern times?

Mr. Sato says that the strongest person in the age to come is the one who has the most love.

For example, if there is a barbell that weighs 100kg, do you think you can lift it? Someone who has huge muscle power might be able to do it. Then, what if it weighs 500kg?

Mr. Sato often teaches people about the secret to lift a 500kg barbell, because he can easily do it!

He says, "If you are loved by all the people around you and respected by them, when you ask them to  help him lift the barbell, they will cooperate with you.

All you have to do is to say," Ready? One, two, three!" It will be quite easy for you to life a 500kg barbell with many people.

If you try to do it alone, you will surely have definite limits no matter how much you improve  muscle strength. You can achieve many goals if you win cooperation from many people.

Mr. Sato says the strongest person is not the one who brings down someone to defeat but the one who is love by all the people.

If you are surrounded by all the enemies, they might get in the way of things that you are doing. You may not be able to life even a 10kg barbell as they might get on it.

On the other hand, anything can be possible for you if you have many supporters who are charmed by you.

無敵の人

最も強い人、無敵の人とはどんな人だと思いますか？
例えば戦国時代だと戦いに長けたひと、力の強い人だったかもしれませんね。現代では大金持ちで権力のある人でしょうか？

佐藤先生はこれからの時代で最も強い人、無敵の人とは愛の大きい人だといいます。

例えば目の前に１００kgのバーベルがあるとしたら、あなたは持ち上げることはできますか？強靭な体の持ち主なら持ち上げることができるかもしれませんね。では、５００kgのバーベルだとどうでしょう？

佐藤先生は５００kgのバーベルも簡単に持ち上げることができるというのです！そして、そのバーベルの持ち上げ方を伝授されています。

その持ち上げ方というのは、たくさんの協力者を得るということです。

もしも周りにいる人がみんなあなたのことが大好きで、あなたへの感謝の気持ちで一杯だったとしたら、「ちょっと手伝ってください。」と声をかけるだけで、みんな協力してくれるでしょう。

あなたが「いち、にの、さん」と号令をかけると、大勢の人が一斉にバーベルを持ち上げてくれるでしょう。そうすると簡単に５００kgでも持ち上げることができますよね。

一人の力だと、どんなに筋肉を鍛えても限界があります。しかし、たくさんの協力者を得られたらどんなことも可能になってきます。

無敵とは周りの人を押しのけて一番強くなった人ではなく、皆から愛されて敵のいない人のことだと佐藤先生は言っています。

周りが敵だらけで、逆に邪魔をしてやろうと思う人ばかりがいたら、たった１０kgのバーベルでさえ、上から誰かが乗っかかってきたり邪魔をされて持ち上がらないかもしれません。

周りの人皆が協力者だとしたら、どんな大きなことも成し遂げられますね。

明日は、強い人弱い人についてもう少し深めていきます。。

The Treasure Warehouse In The Universe.

On this blog I write about the true self discovery and about Mr. Sato, as well as experiences of people who actually discovered it from my own view.

Mr.Sato often uses a term, "the treasure warehouse in the universe". He also calls it "the warehouse of gold".

It actually means infinite abundance in you, that is your true nature inside.

Mr. Sato says that if you have the notion that you are incompetent or empty of power, you might as well think that you live your life with small change.

If you believe that such small change is all you have to your name, the notion will fill you with dread.

However, incidentally you remember that there is a warehouse in the backyard. You fully opened the door of the warehouse, and found it had treasure trove!! What would you do?

You will start to see everything in a different light!

On top of that, more it is used or shared with others, the more it is multiplied.

The treasure warehouse expresses your true self in a metaphor, but just realizing the fact that you have such treasure makes your life different.

Each one of us possesses this treasure warehouse inside!

There are other keys to remember.

When you are faced with adverse circumstances, if you accept the fact as everything happens to you is necessary and good for you, and make a new start from there, you will also increase your treasure.

You don't need to forcibly make yourself believe that whatever happens to you is good, but think about what you could actually learn from it, or changes that you noticed from it. Just focus on the facts.

Assuming that the treasure warehouse is in the universe in the air. When you find more and more good things caused by what happened to you, you are like making the cloud of miracle rain in the sky thicker and thicker.

As a result, your such attitude will actually bring about more happiness to you as if rains of miracles fall from the sky.

Even if you sometimes find muddy rains, they are also necessary for you to clean your soul, and still they are good for you.

Another important thing is once you experience such miracles, you shouldn't take the credit for them.


Instead, you have to let other people including your parents, ancestors, and people around you take the credit for them. You should keep an attitude of gratitude toward them.

This means the same thing as your being grateful to the Universe. It will also bring you happiness forever and ever.

Don't you want to savor your life as just described? This makes me feel excited! How does it all sound to you?

黄金の蔵

「天の蔵」という言葉を佐藤先生からよく耳にします。「天の蔵」または「黄金の蔵」という言い方をされることもあります。

天の蔵、黄金の蔵とは、自分の中にある無限の豊かさ＝真我のことです。

もしも、自分はダメな人間だと思って生きているとすれば、それは自分には小銭しかないと思って生きているようなものだと佐藤先生はいっています。

自分は小銭しか持っていないと思ったら、明日が不安や心配で一杯になり、取り越し苦労や持ち越し苦労で夜も眠れないかもしれませんね。

しかし、家の裏に倉庫があったことを思い出し、その倉庫をガラッと開けてみると、そこにはご先祖さまや両親が残してくれた黄金の山がびっしり詰まっていた。としたら、どうでしょう？？

一瞬で気持ちは変わりますね！！

その黄金はすべてあなたのもので、更に使えば使うほど増えるのです！

それは正に真我のことなのですが、その黄金が全部自分のものだったと知っただけでも生き方が変わりますね。

本当は私たち一人一人の中にこの黄金の蔵があるのです！

また、一見マイナス的なことが起こったとして、その出来事そのものを「これで良かった」と全肯定して、そこからスタートする。

その出来事そのものをプラス思考で良い出来事だと思おうとするのではなく、事実としてそこから学べたこと、それによって得たもの、そのお陰でこうなったなど、ほんとうに良かった事を書いていくのです。　すると蔵の黄金がさらに増えていきます。

この蔵が、天にあると想像してください。「これで良かった」と良かった理由をたくさん書いていくと、天から雨が降るように良いことがどんどん降り注いできます。

良いことだけでなく、泥水のようなのが混ざって降ってきたとしても、泥水も魂をきれいにしてくれている実は良いことなのです。

また、こうして降ってきた黄金のような素晴らしいことを自分の手柄にせず、周りの人たちや両親、ご先祖さまのおかげだと感謝すると、それは黄金を天に返しているのと同じことになります。

すると、更に永遠に、無限に黄金が降っくるのです。

こんな人生を味わってみたくないですか！？想像しただけでもわくわくします！いかがでしょうか？

Power Of Words

On this blog I write about the true self discovery and about Mr. Sato, as well as experiences of people who actually discovered it from my own view.

I presented a part of the Affirmations to evoke your true self yesterday.
Mr. Sato says that words have far greater power than we might imagine. Once you  bring out the words, it is no one but you whom the power of the words have the most impact on. Because it is you who listen to the words more than anyone else does.

If you encourage some one with such words as "Good luck!", or "You can do it!", those words will become all yours. Mr. Sato says words also have power to influence the action you take.

To be sure, many of the top athletes as well as brilliant business men seldom use a negative tone.

Mr. Sato says all the words that you use actually affect your subconscious mind. Even when you put in a negative word just as a joke, it will affect you as your subconscious cannot discern  whether or not it was a joke.

By the way, since I was born and brought up in Osaka where there is its own unique culture. Comedy is a part of everyday life, and people really like amusing stuff and clowning around. All my family members really like joking around including dark humor.

When I first heard about the power of words, I was shocked, because I thought I wouldn't joke around anymore!!

But after discovering my true self, I found that the words that I use have been transformed accordingly.

Mr. Sato says that words actually have so much power that they affect not only our consciousness but also our action and eventually our future lives.

Try to give good words, especially when you feel down, as you turn a steering wheel to your better future!

言葉の力

昨日は本当の自分を呼び起こす言葉をご紹介しました。
佐藤先生は言葉には想像以上に力があると言います。また、言葉の効力はそれを言った人に最初に及ぶと。なぜなら、あなたの発した言葉を一番聞いているのは他でもないあなただからです。

「大丈夫だから頑張って。」とか「成功しますように。」などと誰かを励ますと、自分の中に「成功する」「大丈夫」という言葉が蓄積されていく。言葉にはまさに行動をかえる力もあるそうです。

確かに、一流のスポーツ選手や仕事ができる人はネガティブな言葉を使ったりしませんね。

佐藤先生は、潜在意識は冗談が通じないから、冗談でもネガティブなことを言ったり、また謙遜のつもりで「私なんてダメな人間です。」なんて言っていると本当にそうなってしまうと言っています。

私は大阪生まれの大阪育ちです。子どもの頃より吉本新喜劇を観て育ち、両親、祖父母、親戚も顔を合わせると何かしらの冗談をいうのが日常でした！

笑いのためならマイナス的なことを平気で言う習慣が身に付いていましたので、言葉についての話を佐藤先生に聞いたときにはかなりショックでした。冗談が言えない！と。

しかし、私の場合は、本当の自分に出会ってから、自然と自分の中から出てくる言葉も冗談も変わってきた感じがします。

言葉は自分の意識を変え、実際の行動まで変えてしまうくらい強い力を持っていると佐藤先生は言います。

ぜひ、人生のハンドルだと思って落ち込んだ時ほど「いい言葉」を発していきたいですね！

Today, I'll introduce the words that caused a miracle in India as I mentioned on my previous blog. This is a part of "Affirmations To Attract Success and Happiness". Read it aloud on a daily bases, or read it when you feel no zest, before meeting people, or on your break..etc Read it whenever you like!

You will find differences in your life by continuing to read it.

The English version of Affirmations was completed with a lot of help from Alex who tremendously developed his True Self last year.

Words that Evoke Your True Self

On this blog I write about the true self discovery and about Mr. Sato, as well as experiences of people who actually discovered it from my own view.

Today, I'll introduce an interesting experience of one Japanese woman who worked under Mother Teresa in India. It was about more than 20 years ago.

There were many volunteers from all over the world who lived in the same facility to help the impoverished people. There was an Italian woman who was prejudiced against Japanese and she disliked Japanese staff members.

The Japanese woman obtained a booklet entitled "the Affirmation To Attract Success and Happiness" written by Mr. Sato and she made a point of reading it aloud every morning with other Japanese staff as she liked it very much.

One morning, she just missed reading it, then the Italian woman asked her "Why you didn't read the usual thing?" The Japanese woman replied,"I thought you didn't like Japanese." Then the Italian said,"No, I don't like Japanese, but I feel a strong positive vibe from what you read every morning."

A short while later, the pandemic of the plague bacillus took place in the facility. So many people were infected and lost their lives, but none of the Japanese women who had been reading the booklet got infected.

When the Japanese woman came back to Japan, she visited Mr. Sato and said,"I'm very sure that the Affirmation kept us from infection of the plague. I'm truly grateful to you."

The Affirmation To Attract Success And Happiness is full of words that evokes your true nature deep inside. Those words suddenly came to Mr. Sato's mind out of thin air while he was walking in a night street, and he stopped under a lamppost and hastily took a note.

As those words imply universal significance, people can sense it beyond the barriers of language.

By the way, I held a small workshop of discovering the true self in English in Tokyo. This time people from the US, India, and France joined, and we all had a wonderful time. In the workshop, we also read this affirmation aloud together, then I felt the atmosphere of the room was cleared out. All the participants gave energetic smiles.

I was again convinced that all the people have one thing in common deep within regardless of what they have in their mind or what they experienced in the past.

本当の自分を呼び覚ます言葉

このブログでは、自分の中にある「本当の自分」＝真我に出会うメソッドを開発された佐藤康行先生や真我について、また実際に真我に出会った方々の体験等を私自身の視点から書いています。

今日はある女性の体験談をご紹介します！
今から２０年以上前のことです。この日本人女性はインドのマザーテレサの元で貧しい人達のための施設で働いていました。

そこには各国から支援する人達が集まっていて、そのなかに日本人嫌いのイタリア人女性がいたそうです。その女性はあからさまに日本人をいつも避けていました。

実は、その日本人女性はたまたま佐藤先生の「成功と幸福を呼ぶ言葉」という小さな冊子を手に入れ、気に入って他の日本人の仲間と一緒に毎朝よんでいたそうです。

ある朝、たまたま読まずにいると、そのイタリア人女性は「どうして今日はいつものを読まなかったの？」と聞いたのです。

日本人の女性は「あなたは日本人が嫌いなんでしょ？」と聞くと、イタリア人女性は「日本人は嫌いだけど、あのいつもあなたたちが読んでいるもの（成功と幸福を呼ぶ言葉）だけは何かいい波動を感じる。」というのだそうです。

それからしばらくして、その施設内でペスト菌が大流行してしまったのです。施設にいた人はほとんどが感染したにもかかわらず、不思議なことに「成功と幸福を呼ぶ言葉を」読んでいた人達だけがペスト菌に侵されなかったそうです。

この日本人の女性は日本に帰り、佐藤先生に「もしもあれを読んでいなかったら、おそらく私たちも罹っていたに違いありません。ほんとうにありがとうございました。」とお礼を言われたそうです。

この「成功と幸福を呼ぶ言葉」というのは、あるとき佐藤先生が夜道を歩いていると、急に次々と自分の中から言葉が出てきて、それをあわててメモに書いたものです。

これは全ての人がもともと持っている心（真我）を言葉であらわされたものなので、たとえ言語がわからなくでもきっとどこか深い部分に通じるものなのだと思います。

話は変わりますが、昨夜は新宿の四谷で英語での３時間の真我のワークショップを行いました。今回はアメリカ人、インド人、フランス人の参加でしたが、途中、この「成功と幸福を呼ぶ言葉」の英語版をみんなで唱和しました。

読んだ後、全員の表情は一気に明るくなり雰囲気がガラッと変わっているのには驚きました。頭の考えや、過去の経験体験はみんな違っても、一番深い心はやはり共通なんだと改めて感じました。。

Disparity Between the Quest for Spirituality and the True Self Discovery Ⅱ.

Hello, I'm Kazu who translates words of  Mr. Yasuyuki Sato into English. Mr. Sato has developed various kinds of methods to enable people to awaken to their true self (their god nature inside). On this blog I write about the true self discovery and about Mr. Sato, as well as experiences of people who actually discovered it from my own view.

Today, I'll also write about the disparity between the quest for spirituality and the true self discovery.

In the books on spiritual subjects that I have read in the past, I found many common words such as "oneness""God's love""human's ascension"etc..And I thought all the spiritual quest including the true self discovery is a good thing to harmonize all the people on the earth.

I was thinking that they all take different paths to head forward the same goal, though the method of the true self discovery by Yasuyuki Sato was a shortcut and most effective.

However, I realized that I had the wrong idea. What Mr. Sato has been doing was quite opposite!!
What he has been doing is NOT like helping people to attain their ultimate goal, to become harmonized, to let them develop or to change themselves.

What he has being saying is that you don't need to try to change yourselves, or  try to get harmonized, but that you have to realize that you are already god and already perfectly harmonized no matter what  situations you may face. And you have to be reborn from there.

If I use the analogy of climbing, learning spirituality is like learning the beautiful view of the mountain top and seeing a picture of it in a book, and then go mountain-climbing.

But the true self discovery is to actually experience the beautiful view of the mountain top with your own eyes and live the rest of your life with that perspective.

The reason why it is possible is that our consciousness is both at the bottom of the mountain and the top of the mountain at the same time.

The god love or the most wonderful mind exists in you. No matter how much you look for it outside,  you can never find it. No matter how many books on spirituality you read, the god's love that you learned is nothing but love as knowledge in your head.

Even if you have learned that everything happens to us is God's love, when you face a terrible event, you can never feel the same way.

But when you discover your true self inside, you will actually feel grateful for the event itself. Then the action you take will be eventually different resulting in a different outcome.

The problem resolves itself in an unexpected way..

Some people are very much interested in former lives and search for the cause of occurring from their past. It is true that the law of cause and effect operates in everything, but even if you try to find the cause or the culprit in the past, the cause also has another cause of it. It continues forever.

Mr. Sato calls it "the horizontal realm" made of human memories. If you keep looking for the cause in the past, you will remain asleep or never wake up from your dream.

Mr. Sato also maintains that the realm of human memories is an illusion that actually never exists. All you have to do is to awake to the truth. While he calls awakening to God "the vertical realm".

I also used to try to solve problems by looking for the cause or try to sense the message or meaning of the problem in the horizontal realm.

But the more we try to solve it with human imperfect consciousness, the bigger the problem will become. Because it is our mind that actually create our reality. The more we focus on it, the bigger it will become.

Once we see the problem from the God's perspective, the problem will disappear in a second, as we see the answer of it. I myself have experienced such a shift many times.

I'm not saying what is right or wrong, but the most difference between the quest for spirituality and the true self discovery is like learning a delicious dish in a book and actually eating the dish.

Realizing the fact that we are already god with complete consciouness and searching for God's love with human consciousness is totally different!!

スピリチュアルの世界と真我の違い　Ⅱ

このブログでは、自分の中にある「本当の自分」＝真我に出会うメソッドを開発された佐藤康行先生や真我について、また実際に真我に出会った方の体験等を私自身の視点から書いています。

昨日に引き続き、スピリチュアルと真我の違いを私なりの見解で書いてみようと思います。

今まで読んでいたスピリチュアルの本にも「全ては一つ、全ては神の愛」とか「アセンション」などと言うことが書いてあり、調和に向かって人類のために良いことをしていると思っていました。

やり方や手段がそれぞれ違うだけで、同じ目的で同じゴールに向かって進んでいるというふうに感じていました。ただ、真我開発講座は即現実に効果が現れる一番の近道だ、くらいに。

しかし、大きな勘違いでした。佐藤先生がずっとされていること、伝えられてきたことは真逆でした！人類を調和に向かわせるとか、アセンションさせる、神に向かわせるということではなかったのです。

本当は人間はもともと神、全ては神で完璧であるということ、そして元々大調和しているという事実を一人一人実際に体験させ、それをゴールではなくスタートにして、その心で人生を生きることの大切さを伝えられていたのです。

つまり、登山でいうなら、スピリチュアルを学ぶことは山の頂上の景色を本で学んで想像しながら頂上を目指して登るという感じで、真我にで出会うということは、もともと私たちは頂上にもいるので、頂上を自分の目で実際に見て、感動した心で現実を生きるといったことだと思います。

自分の中にある答えをいくら外に探し求めても、見つからないのです。つまり、どんなに本を読んでスピリチュアルや愛を学んでも本物ではなく、知識としての愛に過ぎないということ。

全ては神の愛だといくら学んでも、現実で受け入れがたい嫌な出来事があると、とてもそうは思えないですよね。しかし、真我から見たら、現実のその嫌な出来事がありがたくて仕方がない出来事だと本当に感じられるのです。

そうなると、現実が急激に変化してきます。不思議なくらいに。

また、原因と結果の法則から、前世を見ることで今現実に起こっていることの意味がわかるといったものもありますよね。しかし、それに気付いたところで、その前世の出来事にもその前の何か原因があるわけで、永遠につづいていくのです。

その原因と結果の世界のことを横の世界、つまり人間の記憶の世界と佐藤先生は呼んでいますが、その原因を追い求めれば追い求めるほど、夢の世界に入り込み夢から起きれないといったことになります。

佐藤先生は、実は人間の記憶の世界はすべて夢幻のようなもの、もともとないものだから、ただ夢から目を覚ますように実相の世界に目覚めるだけでいいといいます。

この実相の世界、神の世界のことを縦の世界と呼んでいます。

私も以前は何か問題が起こると、これはどういうメッセージだろうかとか原因は何だろうかと一生懸命その原因を探り横の世界で問題を解こうとしていました。

ただ、人間の意識で問題を解こうとしても、問題に意識が向いた分それが更に大きくなるだけですが、自分の中にある神の意識でその出来事の実相を見たときに、一瞬で問題でなくなる、つまり一瞬で消えてしまうのです。そういうことを私も何度も経験しました。

何が良いとか悪いと言っているのではありませんが、スピリチュアルを学ぶことは、ある美味しい料理について本で学んでいるようなもので、真我を体感することは実際にその料理を食べることのように思います。

神である完璧な自分から出発するのか、不完全な自分を神に近づけようとするのか、全く逆のことだったのだと気付きました！！

Today, I'll write about what I recently realized while I explore the True Self.

I had read many books on spiritual subjects as one of my hobbies before I met my true self. Spiritual things were very popular back then. In such circumstances, I stumbled upon the True self Discovery Seminar by Yasuyuki Sato, and decided to take the course with a little suspicion.

However, when I truly met my True Self (the God nature inside), I burst into tears, because my true god love and appreciation actually welled up from deep inside.

At that moment, I was so much amazed, because all the people around me including my parents and my family members looked completely different. The reason is simple. We normally see things or people from a perspective of human's mind that is filled with all the past memories in clouding DNA. In other words we always see things and people through our own lens or biases.

We strongly believe that what we see in our everyday life is the truth of everything, but once we see the same matters or people from different view that is free of any biases, we will recognize totally different reality.

You can do this instantly in a 2-day seminar of the True Self Discovery. Isn't is a momentous invention in human history? I think there hasn't been such a thing around the world.

I found that it is a groundbreaking method to completely change our lives without reading or learning spirituality in our mind, because we already have such wonderful god nature inside. All we have to do is not to gain more information, but to bring out that mind or heart.

I have many friends who are interested in spiritual subjects or who believe in some religion, but I have felt frustrated, because I couldn't tell them a clear difference between the True Self discovery and such spiritual quest or religion.

To be honest, I myself may not have discerned the difference, because those people who are searching for spirituality or God use same terms such as "we are all one,""Manifestation of God","the law of cause and effect","ascension of human's consciousness". Those seemed to be right to me, but recently I started to see the stark difference between them.

Let me illustrate it so as to make myself clear again.

スピリチュアルの世界と真我の違い

このブログでは、自分の中にある「本当の自分」＝真我に出会うメソッドを開発された佐藤康行先生や真我について、また実際に真我に出会った方の体験等を私自身の視点から書いています。

今日は、私が真我の追求をしている中で、いわゆるスピリチュアルと真我開発の違いについて気付いたことを書こうと思います。

真我＝本当の自分にで出会う前、私は当時のブームもあっていろいろなスピリチュアルの本を読みあさっていました。そんな中、たまたま読んだ雑誌で「真我」のことを知り、本当かなと疑いながらも佐藤先生の真我開発講座の受講を決めました。


実際に、自分の中の本当の自分に初めて出会ったとき、思わず号泣しました！自分の中に元々あった感謝の心、愛の心が深いところから湧き出てきたからです。

その時、両親や周りの人たちが全く違って見えたのには本当に驚きました。つまり、どういうことが起こったかというと、今までは佐藤先生のいう、過去からのDNAやさまざま記憶できた心で出来事や周りの人たちのことを捉えていたのです。

つまり、過去のフィルターを通して自分が見た物感じたものがその物その人の真実だと思い込んでいたのです。

しかし、真我（神の完璧な視点）で、フィルターの一切ない心で同じものを見たときに、全く違って見えたということです。

この佐藤先生の編み出された手法、真我開発講座はやはり世紀の大発明ですよね！こんな講座は世界中どこにもないのではないのでしょうか。

でも、私はこのスゴさをなかなか上手く伝えられず、本当に悔しい思いをたくさんしてきました。しかし、今思うと私自身も真我に出会う前にたくさん読んでいたスピリチュアルの本に書いてあることと、正直なところ真我の違いを良く分かっていなかったように思います。。

スピリチュアルの世界でも、「全ては１つ」、「全ては神の愛」、「原因と結果の法則」、また「人類のアセンション」ということばもよく耳にします。

言葉だけ聞くと何だか道が違うだけで、結局は同じ１つのゴールに向かっているように感じていました。ただ、真我開発講座は効果があまりにも早く現実に即結果が現れたりするので、同じゴールに向かう一番の近道くらいに思っていたような気がします。

しかし、どんどん追求するにつれて、私は何も分かっていなかったということに次々と気がついてきたのです。違う道というよりも、真逆のことをしていると。
